FIX AUTO SAINT JOHN EAST

After being involved in an accident with the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned, I was devastated because I figured I'd never feel the the same way about it again. I had pretty much decided I was going to trade my SUV after the repairs were completed. Well, I just received my car back from Fix Auto today, and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with the repairs and the service I received! It's like the accident never happened! Not only does it look brand new again on the outside, they even detailed the inside! Thank you Fix Auto! I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, there's no question who I'll be trusting with the repairs.

I would not recommend this place if you're ever in an accident. I went there after my car slid off the road in February, I only received it back in May. Following getting my car back, the windshield washer fluid sensor was broken, both front brakes weren't working correctly. AND they left me on barely enough gas to get myself to the gas station.

The only good thing about this company was the fact that their customer service ladies were amazing, and really patient when I got annoying.

10/10 do NOT recommend

Hands down the best experience a person can having when they are hit by a deer and need repairs. Getting a rental vehicle was seamless and our vehicle was cleaned for us inside and out when we picked it up! Fix Auto East Saint John gave us friendly, fast, expert service and they go the extra mile to help make an unhappy experience much easier. Highly recommend!

I can't say loudly enough how happy I am with Fix Auto. They truly go above and beyond to not only give quick, quality service but to also make it seamless for the car rental too. Our car was washed and gleaming when I picked it up today and even the inside was cleaned/detailed. They came highly recommended to us and did not disappoint!

This was my insurance’s preference shop and they destroyed my transmission.there was zero issues before with my transmission.they forgot to check my transmission fluid now it can not shift and! They refused to fix it and they claimed all the damage was from before the accidents.they are partners with the insurance companies. They are crooks!

When my insurance company recommended fix auto I had reservations as their reputation in my city is quite poor, but against my better judgment we went to them anyways. The paint job on my car is appalling.it looks like an amateur did it.when I picked my car up and discussed the problems with the person who had done the work, he claimed it was due to a prior paint job. I questioned how that is relevant, considering part of your job when you paint a car is to properly prep the surface prior to spraying it he stood there in silence. They cracked the rubber of our door when they removed it again silence when i asked about that. When they re-attached the rubber, they left globs of adhesive oozing out- a quick easy clean up and they couldnt be bothered to do that! The customer service we received was less than ideal, the work quality was terrible, and the wait time was long.by far the worst shop I've dealt with. We have been fighting with our insurance company to have the repair redone at another shop because it looks so awful and fix auto has no sense of accountability.
