Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston Hotel & Conference Center

We got double charged by them and Expedia and we've been getting the runaround for 2 weeks plus. Don't use this hotel or Expedia

Nice hotel but for $400, i would have expected more from the girl at check-in. She did not mention the pool at all! We would have enjoyed the break! Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Also, only hotel restaurant available in immediate area and service there was very, very slow.for burgers and fries (although food was tasty). We had car trouble during camping trip so closest hotel we could find. Very disappointed.

Attention "déjeuner sur place" ne veut pas dire déjeuner inclus. Nous nous sommes fait prendre. Buffet installé dans le lobby, nous pensions que c'était inclus avec l'hôtel (l'employé nous avait dit la veille que le déjeuner était servi entre 6 et 1 pm). Nous avons dû payer 60$ pour un déjeuner qui est normalement inclus avec le prix de la chambre. Très déçue.

La qualité du service incroyable que j'ai reçu de la part de Dalyka à la réception est vraiment digne de mention. Service bilingue impeccable et chaleureux, autant par téléphone qu'en personne. L'hôtel est bien situé et très propre.

This was our first time stay here and it was just what we needed after 12 hrs on the road.
The room was spotless, quiet and had great water pressure. We will definitely be stopping here again.

No complaints, heating system could use a little but probably majorly expensive upgrade

Pleasant staff, reasonably priced, free breakfast would be a big draw

Room was adequate. No free breakfast just a serve yourself coffee/tea table in the lobby by the elevators. Lobby is super busy because the hotel has a private party room right off the lobby entrance and during our 1 night stay there were 2 different parties back to back. ; (

The hotel needs a makeover. Furniture is old.
We stay there as it is halfway from Nova Scotia to Montreal. The hotel is supposed to be part of the Marriott. The cost is $162 a night plus tax.

Great hotel to stay at. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant on site.
Always stay there on our trips to and from Ottawa.

Dave checked us in at 3am after we had been driving for 12 hours in a blizzard. He was so kind and happy and made the check in process so smooth. He helped us to our room and made sure there was nothing more we needed before we went to bed after our stressful day. He checked us out 3 hours later after we had our “nap” to continue our trek home and was just as chipper as when we checked in. He was the highlight of our long day and a true asset to the hotel.

The hotel went above and beyond for us when we had a request. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend staying here. It’s a true gem!

Very nice and clean with easy and fast check in experience! Also has a very nice parking lot across the street with good space for larger pickup trucks!
