Fox Chevrolet Cadillac

I just had my truck in for an oil change and service. My tires were supposed to be rotated with this service but they were not. I have a tire that leaks down and it is still in the same location as before the service. This is the second time I was told work was completed but was not. The first was when the dealer installed a levelling kit in my truck, they were supposed to align the front end, this did not happen. Very discouraging when a DEALERSHIP cannot perform the work they say competently.

I am too scared to book a vehicle for service due to sabotage around here. They also wanted me to leave a vehicle with them and send me home in a taxi just to change one tire. No offer to help in an emergency. It is not world class service to go through all that plus the expense just to do a 10 minute job. Show up with no problems but a tire and leave with a $ 8,000.00 repair bill and still not fixed. Lol. I should show up happy and leave happy. Not worrying that my vehicle could be deliberately ruined. First hand experience is everything.

UPDATE: I took a car there for tires and they didn't destroy it. I can't say the same for Riverview Ford. And Service was polite, patient, timely, and friendly. I recommend. I will leave another update after my next visit. Thank you. The Bistro is a solid idea.

I notice a tire going flat on my 2019 Equinox. In the area of Fox Chevrolet Cadillac, I hurried to the dealer ship before it completely deflated. Without an appointment, I was able to get the tire repaired within an hour and back on my way. Great customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I worked with salesman Eddy to structure my deal and it was a great buying experience. Steve (finance department) was awesome in getting the paperwork in order. My truck was delivered to me in Nova Scotia within a day of purchase. Highly recommend Fox Chev.

Dropped truck off first thing in the morning and it was in and out, oil changed and serviced hours before its actual appointment.

Appt for 130 and car went in around that time and completed mvi in reasonable time. However after leaving car started to act funny like misfire. Got home checked code and was po305 either plug, wire or coil on one cylinder. Second time with similar issue and only 4200km on vehicle. Next available appt was another 10 days so parked and waiting to get in

Easiest purchase of a vehicle I have had in 30 years. Glad I finally bought a Chevy, worth every penny.

Dropping to 1 after today's visit. Don't try to buy an EV here, they don't want to deal with you. They just bash them. Sad to see this lack of service only 3 years since I bought my Equanox Premier. Went elsewhere.

My sister and I were in the city for a little retail therapy when the tire on my 2021Cadillac went flat while driving down prospects street, so quickly pulled in parking lot of old Fredericton mall, first people of thought was calling was Curtis Pond at Fox Chevrolet Cadillac. He Greg got right on it sent help out to rescue me in no time and got me looked after with new tire, and also changed oil and did dashboard upgrades which were needed. Greg arranged for us to get us rides to and from the regent mall, which was our original destination so still got retail therapy and suv serviced which was unexpected, I’m so greatful for all there help and the respectful way in which I was treated. Everyone from reception girl who was super friendly, To Curtis and Greg and to the young man who pumped my old tire and followed to make sure I got to garage safely. Your my heroes lol. Seriously Thank you all

We were traveling and got a flat tire, the staff at Fox Chevrolet Cadillac took us in just before closing and got us back on the road. A huge thank you to them, if you need anything from a Chev dealer this is where you will want to be.

Had my vehicle in for an oil pump that failed after I complained about it being noisy. Vehicle left me on the side of the road had vehicle towed to shop. They replaced the oil pump put new oil in vehicle but did not change oil filter. Had the oil changed recently and found the oil filter was full of metal debris from the oil pump failure and the new pump is now noisy from debris going through pump. Worst service by far I’ve ever had at a GM dealer

Car service was performed effectively and in the time scheduled for. Issue with coolant temperature was identified and corrected!

Was able to make an appointment with short notice and service was quickly completed. Service personnel professional and courteous as usual and were able to add an MVI to the visit with no problems. I also like the coffee machine.

The service was great but for the service in the garage I wasn't happy with. When they did the work on the truck there was nothing broken on the dash and my cruise control worked perfect, when they were done there was clips broken on my dash and cruise control did not work. I took the truck back and they had said that the clips were already broke and and I needed parts to get my cruise control working again. Besides that I am very happy with the service.

I scheduled an oil changed and it was super smooth and fast. I only spent in the waiting room literally 25 minutes and they were super nice staff. I definitely will come back for more services. Highly recommended

First off, they got me a few thousand dollars more than I even thought my truck was worth! Then not only did they have the truck I wanted but they had the colour I wanted! So I didn’t have to wait weeks or months. So they got me into this beautiful truck and got me a fantastic price, lowering my current payment by like $300 a month! Then right after I got approved, Joey, who is a boss, who doesn’t usually work out of this dealership sticks his head inside the door and says “get this young man a $500 gas card! ”, I felt like if this deal got any better I faint! Made appointment to road ready my truck for a shudder. Shop foreman diagnosed transmission torque converter. Dropped truck off to have it repaired. All went well and my truck works as it should

Well after the 4th time taking my brand new SUV Equinox back to the dealership.
They put the summer tires back on& the vibration went away. I still don't know if the winter tires will be vibrating when I put the winter tires back on in the winter time. All I wanted was a good reliable vechile to drive for my winters here in NB. I just hope I don't have to take it back 1 hour 1/2 away from home to get this fixed again come winter time.

Traded my 2013 Sierra in for a 2021 Silverado. I felt that I was treated fair and the Fox team was very polite and easy to deal with. I will have to wait and see how the service is going forward. But so far so good. They only need to find a way to shorten all of their email addresses.

2016 Buick Enclave. Had a couple issues with sensors and air bag module but they took great care of us and went over & above to find a fix without breaking the bank and even dug up a service bulletin on the module which turned out to be a cheap fix rather than a costly replacement part. Very pleased with the service department, pleasant and friendly. Oh and love the Buick!

I was in for a Oil change and a weird clicking noise in the headlight area everytime I dim the headlights or put on the highbeam, I was told this was normal and I replied it just started approx 1 month ago, and I was told it would be worse now as it is colder out, again my response was it didn't do it last winter, and again I was told it was normal, I myself have never heard any vehicle do that before, I was thinking it was a bad relay switch, I was at another local dealer with a rattle under the hood when shutting the door, and was told that a missing screw in the rear mudflap was the issue lol sorry not buying into that as the rattle is still there, and a missing screw in a rear mudflap has absolutely nothing to do with a rattle under the hood.

Found out 2 years later, the truck I bought of them, was in 2 accidents. They failed to show me the car proof and have me sign it. If I would have known this, Id never buy the truck. Now I'm stuck losing money trying to sell it. Thanks!

Amazing team! Everyone I worked with was helpful, friendly and quick to help me fulfill my needs. Three things stand out for me: they are fair about trade value, they can work with a target budget and the service department is also a great experience (we had used them previously and had a very good experience!). I bought a 2nd hand chevy cruze about over a year ago and honestly was content with the service, and regardless of what the salesman said about the car I would have purchased it anyway but it took moving to a different province to find out what I was told about the history of the car was a complete lie.

While purchasing the car, I was told the previous owner of the car was an elderly women around town and drove it with care. While getting insurance from the new province, the insurance company told me the car came from Nova Scotia and was owned by the rental car company Hertz.

If the salesmen at Clark sees this, please prohibit this kind of practice. It appears the guy who sold me this vehicle no longer works at Clark and seems to work at Jeep now.

I wasn’t personally in there, but my father was and said he had waited 2 hours for an oil change to get done to my truck.what’s the point a booking an appointment if you’re still stuck there for 2 hours, very poor service and very poor service time, very unacceptable and unprofessional.

Jennifer in service seems to always go the extra mile. Had my Silverado towed in after hours Thursday evening and before noon on Friday Jen had it in and serviced! Even started it and delivered it to me at pick up. Tremendous service!

Yes this place goes above and beyond with their service to help you I travel an hour and a half just to see this dealer instead of my local one I'm very impressed and happy with their knowledge and the staff is awesome.thank you for yesterday with my truck I will return like I always.a great dealer.

Couldnt have had a better experience dealing with Fox Chevrolet for my new truck. Travis was amazing to deal with right off the hop. I knew what I was looking for and booked an appointment to go see him and he was anxiously awaiting my arrival. I was extremely picky on features and color but he remained patient with me as I made my decision. The financing was super quick and Steve was an absolutely pleasure to deal with. I've purchased many vechiles and never had a deal go so quick and smoothly. Very impressive.

Brent the sales manager was absolutely amazing to deal with as well. As a part of the purchase he ordered me in some mats and him and Travis personally installed them for me the day they arrived. I ordered a tonneau cover for my truck after realizing my existing one wouldnt fit the guys had it one day later and service squeezed me in to install it and make a few minor adjustments to my headlights all before I hit the road for my first road trip.

I'm truly thankful for the amazing service and highly recommend anyone vechile hunting to go see the Fox Chevrolet crew! You wont be disappointed.
