Fox Subaru Fredericton

Just bought a new Forester. Easiest car purchase ever. Couldn't deal with Subaru dealer in SJ. Thanks to salesman Mike.

I live 2 hours away and had made an appointment to get 2 recalls done. I specified to the person making the appointment that I would need a ride/courtesy car. I was going to be in the area for a different reason.
I arrive for my appointment and I'm told that it's impossible to be driven 10 minutes away to Oromocto. Very poor experience as now I need to take even more time to make this happen. I do not recommend Fox Subaru Fredericton.

Staff are great and very professional. I can usually get an appointment within a week. Very happy with my Subaru, however, I do find that they are more expensive than other nearby dealerships.

Customer service was great. Didn't try to sell me on extra service which I really appreciate. Just fixed my problem. Period.

With a senior parent living in Fredericton and me living in another province, it was always difficult to think of a gift to send that would be appreciated. I've now done a couple of Subaru detail cleanings for my Mom's car at her dealership with the convenience by paying remotely through credit card. She was thrilled again to see the result today. Thank you Fox Subaru Fredericton staff and Ward in service for another excellent result. I highly recommend this gift if you want to provide a pleasing surprise.

Having purchased 2 high end outback from subaru, the second one I noticed a small rust bubble forming on the rear hatchback, not in the place a stone chip would occur, took it in and was told it wasn't covered, was told maybe a ring on our hands scratched it, just an answer to get rid of us. I won't be a returning customer with this poor service, also was told they would fix it for me for 400 bucks. Terrible service and my next step is going to subaru canada, very disappointed in this service and the non caring attitude being a loyal customer who has always sung the praises of fox subaru, won't be going back for anything there again

Recently bought a WRX, my first Subaru, walked in at Fox Subaru a few times since and these guys have hands down the best customer service out there. Been to quite a few dealerships before and nothing compares. You get treated like family and they will get out of their way to help you. Shoutout to Denis LeBlanc today and Reg Wall last time I was in for their A+ service. Satisfied customer, will be returning.

How is it that you expect people to wait for a car and when they have to leave you basically tell them you have to re order a car. I have waited long enough Subaru should Exxtend the same courtsey.

I have now purchased 3 Subaru's from Fox and it's been hands down the best new car purchasing experience each and every time. The service has been top notch and the vehicles impress more and more each time.

My universal joint was replaced under warranty even though it had just creaped over the 100k. Great service, got a good deal on all season tires. (matched costco). Ward and Kirby great to deal with. Good coffee.

Amazing customer service and sales, 10/10 would recommend. Gave me what I wanted on my trade in, had exactly what I wanted for a vehicle and were quick to fix a mistake on my paperwork the next morning even though they technically could have told me too bad. First time I've went to a dealership and felt like I wasn't taken advantage of. Greg and sales and Emily in finance make everything easy!

Had a problem, went there for repaired. They were not able to fix the problem. They provided a rapport saying so and suggested contacting Subaru Canada because the car is still half under warranty. Did that, Subaru Canada said to contact the dealer, said they told me to contact you. Subaru Canada investigated and contacted Fox Subaru which straight up said to them that the problem had been fixed, which is not the case, they haven't fixed anything. Would not trusted this dealer and unfortunately in the brand too in the process.

Second vehicle purchased. Great product. Wouldn't own anything else. Friendly knowledgable.best around. Highly recommend

Drove my brand new 2019 Subaru Ascent from Alabama up to New Brunswick and received a low tire pressure warning. We pulled into this dealership to help and they were about as far from helpful as they could be. Ended up driving to Costco for assistance and they were so helpful that I ended up buying a Costco membership.

I would not recommend this Subaru dealership.

I recently investigated Fox Subaru as I was not familiar with the models.
Salesperson Cain Yao did a fantastic job in introducing all the vehicles with no pressure for a sale but rather an informing attitude along with the assurance that he could get us the vehicle that we wanted for comfort and affordability. He found the way to make it happen quickly and easily!
His suggestions were taken into our final decision and we drove out 3 weeks later totally satisfied. The orientation to the vehicle was in itself of note; something I had never received in such great detail before in any of my purchases! Thank you Fox Subaru and especially Cain for your patience, respect and true follow through.

I'm looking to purchase a new vehicle (SUV type) within the next 6 to 12 months and had stopped in the get some preliminary information and feel for what Subaru has to offer. Upon walking in to showroom we (partner and i) were greeted by Jeff and offered a coffee (Starbucks at that!) or hot chocolate.btw a actual brewed coffee, watched the machine grind the beans myself. We explained to Jeff our timeline and what we were looking at in Subarus vehicle lineup, Outback or Forester. Jeff confidently answered all the questions we had and very efficiently provided us with some guidance and initial pricing/financing highlighting key items/variables. My wife believe that Subarus were out of our price range but the models we looked at were very affordable for us. There was no pressure and Subaru provided a very comfortable atmosphere. We ended up test driving a 2019 Forrester sport model and well what a treat to drive, sells itself. In summary the professionalism and expertise we recieved from Jeff at Subaru was excellent and has placed Subaru at the top of our list. We look forward to visiting again when we were are closer to our purchase timeline.

Amazing service! I'm not from Fredericton, but was there for work. My oil light came on just before heading back home and so I wanted to address it. I had some oil, but it was so windy and cold I couldn't open the oil cap and the hood of my car almost crushed me, and I was slipping on the ice in the parking lot of the shopping area. So I headed over to Fox Subaru and explained my situation and what I was trying to do. Within 15 minutes I had oil in my vehicle and I was underway. Above and beyond service! Thank you thank you thank you Fox Subaru!

Disappointed, I had to chase them to have a sales person reply to me about buying a car. It took two weeks but finally I received a reply.
When the sales rep did reply I got a very bland, brush off email. Just a “here’s your price, the options you wanted are not available”. No offer to look around or discuss other possible vehicles in their lot that might be suitable.
I had high hopes given all the advertising this dealer does on local radio, but after the experience with their sales I can tell my money isn’t wanted here.

Cain is such a great salesperson! Very good product knowledge and patience. Fluent in both Chinese and English. We were not ready to buy but Cain was not being pushy. Really liked dealing with him and would definitely recommend this dealership.
