Coolest candy shop in st john for sure. They have TONS of unique candies and snacks. For imported snacks they can be a bit pricey but hey, it is fine to splurge once in a while, lol.

My first time in Freak Lunchbox and I had so much fun! There are candies here that brought me back to the days of penny candy. Staff is friendly and just as much fun as the shop itself.
Everything is set up in an orderly fashion and "kids" are encouraged to just fill their bags with whatever they want from the bins; it's all the same price. How much fun is that? !
We couldn't leave without buying something. On a regular day, we don't eat candy, but we're on vacation, right? ! We also bought some for our children. Our adult children.

Love this place. I wish they brought it back in Montreal.
This place is like a Bulk Barn exclusively for candy. They even have some old school-styled toys and gimmicks.
Even if you don't like sweets, you should pass by just for the decor. It's like no other.

Bought 3 imported Snickers bars on the weekend, and 2 of them were discoloured. My first negative experience.

This candy store has an amazing selection of new and old candies… soda and milkshakes. I love it!
