Great place, I bring all my pets here, have for years, from nail clippings to ear infections. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff. Great with my American bully and English mastiff.

The worth service I have had with vet documents for my cat. I will recommend to look carefully when choosing vet service for your lovely pets.

I just recently moved to Fredericton and had yet to get a local vet for the cat. My boy fell very ill vomiting blood. They took him in immediately, were so professional and caring and kept me informed every step of the way.
I thought I might lose him.but he is home with us now, and getting better.

If you are a regular working person unfortunately with today's economy you will be better off finding another vet. Their prices and constant upselling leave me questioning the decisions made and suggestions offered. The staff is amazing, the facilities are lovely and their hours convenient which was what always drew me here. I no longer feel like they are catering their services to my income bracket although I've been a client for many years.

Very irresponsible and not professional. My cat went there two years ago for congestion. They took many X-ray pictures and they said they need to ask a professional out of their hospital to check the X-ray, so we need to pay extra (why do we customer need to pay for your low-level professional skills?). They said the charges will be around 600 but in the end they did a lots of medicine and treatment such as palliative to my cat who was just suffered from congestion.and it end up with $1200. My cat also got ear mites after spending a night with them.

Very poor service, my dog needed emergency stitches and turned me down because I'm not a client and they had no appointments. Truly pathetic and awful service.

My kitten was neutered here. They took extra special care of him before, during and after surgery. If you like a thorough vet clinic that ensures the health and safety of your pet especially during surgery this is the place for you. An awesome friendly team!

The most compassionate staff with beautiful souls. We heart-breakingly had to put our beloved family dog to rest on Friday evening, and the vet and staff made the whole experience so dignified and kind. They took so much time to explain everything to us, gave us all the time we needed, and openly shared our pain and love for Sam. I don’t know how these women do this job with such open-hearts but thank goodness they do. It made a world of a difference for the hardest day. Thank you.

We’ve been to several vets between NS and Ontario. Some are good, some not so good.
I was absolutely impressed with this vet. They were more than friendly, Dr Brister sat on the floor with my 180lbs dog while she examined him, and she had an assistant taking notes while she talked to me about my concerns and his needs.
Prices were average and the receipt had a bonus at the bottom: all the notes and tidbits we talked about during our visit… I’ve never seen that! Super helpful and friendly vet clinic. Easy to recommend.

Everyone at the Fredericton Animal Hospital is so friendly. I get the best service and care for my dog.

These guys are the most compassionate vets I've been to. I have a high anxiety dog and she is perfectly comfortable with both the vets and being in the waiting rooms which is highly unusual for her. And the vets always give you all the options for treatment for whatever you're in for but aren't pushy. They give you their opinion and all the options but always reiterate that the choice is yours. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Last night our pup was struck by a porcupine at 10pm and by midnight we were home with a somewhat groggy, but happy girl. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did, how nice they were and how quickly they got us in.

We chose FAH primarily because we wanted Dr. Ali Reid to care for our standard poodle, having come to know and trust her over the course of a decade. For more than five years now, our dog has been cared for by many others at FAH in addition to Dr. Ali, and we've appreciated the consistent level of care, concern, and compassion from all staff-those working on the frontlines and behind-the-scene. We value having a relationship with our dog's vet, and we feel that we are known by the whole FAH team. They are a group of kind, knowledgeable, and skilled professionals who care about your pet's health and quality of life.

Had an emergency with my cat and they got her in that day and were so sweet and caring with her. They really took care of her and put my mind at ease. Great place, great staff.

Very clean and tidy. Everyone I interacted with was amazing with both myself and my dog. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our puppy had an incident with a porcupine the other night. She had quills stuck all through her mouth and Fredericton Animal Hospital was so accommodating even though it was after hours. They rushed her in immediately and took care of everything. We are so grateful for the efficient and professional care that was provided. Thank you FAH!

My girl needed an emergency amputation, Fredericton veterinary hospital was extremely supportive during our terrifying ordeal and reassured us the whole way though. They done a beautiful bjob of the amputation and charged us less then other quotes we had recieved. This will definately be my regular vet for my fur babies.

No compassion only $$$. I’m from out of town and my tomcat was in distress from a urethra blockage. They had no interest in emergency situations but would book an appointment for next week! Who, with a loved pet, would love with that. You are off my list.

The first time I went to the Fredericton Animal Hospital was almost 2 years ago when it was time to put my 12 yr.old Shepherd down - and it was on the recommendation of more than a couple of friends. I was so impressed with the caring and time they gave us. Now I have a new GSD pup and went for the "check up", needles, etc. Again - the staff was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and caring. The service is second to none. The prices are very competitive. Really - it would be hard to find a better vet for your pet. First and only recommendation I give to anyone who asks.

Amazing how they care for pets every time I visit. Highly recommend this place for cats, as mine just love the rooms.

Today we had our 1.5 year old cat spayed. We had a poor experience taking an old roommate and animal abuser off of our account, we were told that she could have on her collar and harness that ends high on her chest but they were taken off, had trouble with setting up her microchip because they didn't take said ex roommate off, as they were the main contact on the account at the time the account was opened, and they induced a panic attack by shoving my cat in a carrier when they were told that she is terrified of them. This is the first bad experience we had there but if this type of service happens again we will not continue service there.

I cannot say enough good things about FAH. The vets and techs are absolutely amazing. They have saved 2 of our furbabies in recent years.
Our dog Boo in 2019. We were told by our old vet there was nothing more he could do. So we got a 2nd opinion. Turns out the vet just wasn't giving him long enough treatments. He has demodectic mange and food allergies. 2 years later he is thriving.
This past week our furbaby/demon child:) Jerry ingested some carpet fibres that just wouldn't pass on their own. Dr. Reid and her team were so amazing with him. They got him in quickly and after some tests, x-rays, fluids, meds, and surgery he is now home where he belongs being loved and spoiled.
We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, I would never think about going to another vet. The team at FAH is the most caring and amazing team. They treat each pet like their own.

Great vets, great staff, great care. We have always received excellent care for our rescue dog, in fact she came to us from the animal hospital and has been an amazing pet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Amazing experience, I emailed them with concerns for my dog as a first time client, they responded within a half hour, I got an appointment for the next day. My girl Wiley is a little hard to handle sometimes with new people and environments, but the staff were all very friendly and understanding. They did everything they could to make sure it was a positive first experience for Wiley.
10/10 Definitely recommend

Had a wonderful first vet visit experience with our puppy at Fredericton Animal Hospital today. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend the location to anyone in search of a vet.

I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else! They always respond to my questions quickly. They helped walk us through the decision to put our 20 year old kitty cat to sleep, and are now supporting us with a heartworm positive rescue dog. I agree they’re a little more on the pricier side but I’m willing to pay the extra for the care and knowledge they have shown. Knowing they are AAHA accredited provides me with peace of mind.

The team at FAH are professional and truly care about the wellbeing of animals with how they interact with pets. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the Fredericton Animal Hospital. I had to make one of the hardest decisions that no one wants to be faced with. Your pets are part of your family. My heart breaks as my snuggles got sick very quick. They took us in immediately. The Dr.and Assistant that assisted, were so empathetic and understanding. I thank from the bottom of my heart for your help and understanding. He's in heaven now, with no more pain.

Super expensive compared to other vets, cost me $500 for my pups first needles versus $130 at my new vet. Also not very professional, the vet was terrified of my dog and made me muzzle him (this was our third time there and the first time a vet has done this). If you call after hours you speak to someone reading from a piece of paper who can offer you no help or answer any questions.

5 stars for Dr. Rinehart however, he was awesome!

Booked an exam due to a sore on my cats chest. She got too anxious and upset to have a good look at it, or do a proper exam. Told me she needed an $1100 surgery and charged me $90 for the “exam”. Really unimpressed, very easily could have said she’s too anxious to get a proper exam in and rescheduled it so we could give her medication to calm her down beforehand.

Everytime I took my cat in to get checked up they always handled him well and helped him feel at home. The vets and vet techs are sweet and very thorough of his check ups. Shadow hasn't felt healthier.

Fredericton Animal Hospital is the best best ever I experienced. They are still so helpful even I moved to other city. I couldn't find good vet like here anymore. I needed to find vaccine certification paper for quick due to travel to oversea.so my pet insfector called them and asked them to send the certificate I need and they just send right certificate in 5 mins so I could get the stamp perfectly.and I don't have to go back to inspection agency again.
In other word they have very good filing system:). It would be so nice in the future just in case Thank you so much for your help Kate!

We've been bringing our dog here since they first opened, and we have always been completely happy with them. Their staff are always friendly, helpful and very caring of the animals. Highly recommended!

After having to put my "almost" 13 yr.old shepherd down - I found the staff to be knowing, friendly and very considerate. Their prices are very competitive. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful end for one of my very best friends. Thank you so much to all the staff.

When one of my dogs had an unfortunate encounter with the teeth of another of my dogs, We were able to get in quickly and have the wound treated quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed with the knowledge and continuing education that defines their practice.

This veterinary practice goes above and beyond what I have experienced with other practices in my somewhat lengthy "career" as a pet owner. When you need a vet to come to your home because you have an animal that isn't able to be brought to the office, they are there. When you are faced with tough decisions, they present the facts and help you make a decision. They don't over-prescribe meds or preventatives.

They truly care about you as a pet owner and they want your animal to have the best care they can provide. We are very fortunate to have such a skilled team of veterinary care-givers in our City.

I bring my cat to FAH for an annual check up and scheduled vaccinations. The operating hours are very flexible, location and parking is good and the facility is bright, modern and clean. Most importantly the staff are genuinely interested in your pet. Triage involves lots of dialogue as they get a full picture of my cat's regular routines and activity. The veterinarian is thorough and expert in handling my cat and making her as relaxed and comfortable as possible. The staff are excellent. Payment options are flexible. I would definitely recommend this business.
