Fredericton Indoor Pool

Parents pay for a 30 minute time alot for swimming lessons and the instructors are consistently late opening the doors and most times a solid 7 - 10 minutes of the 30 minute instruction is already used up.

Parents are pushed out of the pool deck and are 'not allowed' to be with thier small children on the deck. Doors are locked from the outside, so Parents can't even access thier child if there was a urgent need to do so.

If I could give them a 1 star I would…. The laziness of their instructors are outstanding! We had Sophia who’s under the supervision of Harrison, she rather just spend her time babysitting instead of actually instructing the children at anything. We selected this pool being that the pool in Oromocto had cancelled their lessons due to shortage. We will go ANYWHERE else before coming back to this pool. What a waste of time. The instructor has on previous occasions not ensured proper hand off of children to their parents at the end of session, when I expressed this safety concerns to their management department was completely disregarded.

For family night you cannot beat it, we take the grandchildren every Thursday night, the pool is awesome, the lifeguards are friendly and the water is not cold

Good pool. Offer swimming lessons but not nearly enough time slots. Parents have to go on the website and refresh the site when the booking times open. A lot of times parents can’t get a time slot. The facility itself is good.

Really fun pool. Needs one of those swimsuit spinner machines so my shorts don't soak through my backpack again

Having to do an online booking for a $4 pool ticket is dumb. I don't even have to do this for the World Waterpark in edmonton where tickets are about 70$. The staff member I talked to was not helpful at all. I called another pool and she picked up again since the line for all pools goes here. She told me royal road was open for rec swim from 2-4. No one was even there and the gate was closed.

It's a great pool. The slide, the diving board, and the rope is fun. However, the pool is WAY to chlorinated. One time, when I used the pool, I opened my eyes underwater for 1 second, and then my eyes hurt the entire drive home despite flushing them out. Would be 5 stars, but the pool is too chlorinated. It's not that crowded though.

The pool is great. Warm pool is lovely. We attend for swimming lessons and public swim. The female changeroom is spacious, the family changerooms could use a few more change areas. No baby change stations in the female bathroom.
Staff are kind. Viewing area is good.

My family Ives this pool. Water slide, swing rope, diving board, kiddie wading pool, sauna. Can’t ask for much more and the family rate swim is a deal! Just don’t forget to register online first!
