One month ago, I scheduled a vehicle service appointment. Anticipating possible power outages after a strong wind, I made several calls to confirm the appointment that morning, but noone answered, checking their Facebook, I found updates from the previous day, but no power outages information on thatday. Assuming they were operating as usual, I left my work to get there. Upon arrival, their facility had a power outage, they cannot do
any service. Frustrated, I asked why they didn't answer the phone, they cited the power outage. When I questioned why they didn't update Facebook, they explained it was due to the lack of electricity. When I pointed out employees are using phones right now, they claimed those were personal. Asking about rescheduling, they said they didn't know due to the power outage. EEEEEEEEEEExtremely dissatisfied with their service.if possible, avoid this place and choose another for your needs.

My family has been buying our vehicles from Fredericton Nissan for over 25 years. The level of attention, care and service is unmatched. Geoff was my father's sales consultant for years, he is now the GM there and has always gone above and beyond for the family. If you are looking for a new or new to you vehicle, I can't recommend them enough.

We are from Quebec and got stuck in Newbrunswick because we had an issue with our electronic car key that got run over and wouldn't work anymore. All the employees over there were extremely competent and quick in reprogramming our key even though we didn't have an appointment. They served us even in there lunch time, offered us à lift to get some food while it got done and even allowed our puppy to go in and have a treat inside!

Don’t bring your car here unless you want them to break it more and i safely send you on your way. TERRIBLE staff, unpleasant and liars.

Bought a 2014 Nissan Rouge outright last year. Was told by the owner that he knew the car (I had raised concerns over the odometer readout being off to their records). Was assured all is well, that all maintenance had been done at the dealership.

Battery had never been replaced and died within a week. Tires have never been replaced, really bald, told BY NISSAN when brought in for the first time that the tires need to be replaced. Grinding noise starts 2 months in. Nissan says 'must be brakes'. Nosie is still there. Go back in. 'oh, we only did the back brakes, it must be the front. Also, your control arm is broken'. Finally fix the noise, tailgate won't unlock/lock. 'oh that's 400$ lol'. Now the tire pressure sensor is on and off depending on if a phone is plugged in.

These people are straight up clowns. I'm never going to a dealership again, let alone buying a Nissan or anything off a Nissan Lot. They don't even offer loaner cars while work is being done, so really, what benift is offered by them at all.

I've been visiting the Nissan service center for close to three years with my vehicle. I can't say enough good things about these folks. They're absolutely wonderful when I call or go in.
Today I'm happy to say I purchased a new vehicle through them.
Michelle and Steve were absolutely amazing and walked me through everything.
Highly recommend
