Pretty good service here for regular car inspection or oil changes, friendly staff. But make sure you have some time out of your day cause you will be waiting a while depending what you came in for or how busy it is, so bring a book.: P They got wifi and coffee so that makes it better for waiting.

Very difficult to get timely appointments, must book a month out even for an oil change. Otherwise, a decent service desk.

Paint was peeling off my vehicle. Toyota said they would take care of this for me. I spoke to them December 13th and they said it would be taken in mid to late February to be fixed. End of February came around and I didn't hear from them. I called and left a message. After two weeks I got a call back saying mid March. Mid March came and went and still nothing. Early April went and I called and called. Finally I got ahold of them and they said Friday it would go to Saint john to be painted and it would take 4 days they never called me and Monday came. I called and they said Tuesday it would go down. I drive an SUV and they gave me a small car or a rental. I wasn't impressed but at least I had something to drive for 4 days. I gave them a full tank of gas as they had to travel mine to Saint john but the rental had less than a quarter tank. I told them it should be full but they didn't care. I waited four days for my vehicle to come back and called and they never called me back. 9 days went by and nothing. Finally they called and said they missed something on my paint job so they would paint and return the next day. I asked for my vehicle to have a full tank since I gave them a full tank. They did return it but with a quarter tank. The customer service was terrible. Don't bother getting a Toyota unless you like a headache.

For years I had been impressed by your good service. Your technical staff were excellent. However, the new owners have gotten greedy. The service charges are insane! You've lost a customer. Goodbye.

The Service Department was fast and efficient; all of the staff with whom I interacted were polite and friendly.

My son purchased a new Hybrid Prius, was promised winter tires as part of sale. Was told would get winter tires once in stock. Lesson learned, make sure your sales agreement includes any promises.

Our immediate family has 5 Toyotas, from another dealer, and never a problem with receiving winter tires as promised.

Extremely not knowledgeable. Does not take appointment in a timely manner and continuously makes mistake. Do not go there for an expert opinion. Had good experiences at other Toyota dealerships but this one I cannot trust to keep my car in good condition

Brought my 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser 90 here for brakes. They could not enter it in the computer and refused to help. I bought the brakes myself which were standard Toyota brakes and installed them myself. What a joke this place is and clearly not passionate about Toyotas!

Called for pricing on an oil change, I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla bought from there. Waited 2 weeks for a call back, nothing. Called again, nothing. Don’t waste your time going here for anything once you spend a bunch of money there.

Girlfriend bought a 45,000$ Rav4 and they won't even give you a coffee cup to go with it. Plus the sales staff is useless.
