I recently purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Taos and it was the best experience! I was met by Julian Case, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was so calm and willing to answer the million questions I had. She encouraged me to look at all the models so I could see the difference and ensure I was making the most informed decision.
Juliann went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and we shared many laughs! Would recommend Fredericton VW and Juliann Case to everyone!

Travelling from Ontario back to Nova Scotia we found we needed AdBlue. Carried a container with us but didn’t have the funnel. Sean was good enough to loan us one from the parts department. Easy fix and much appreciated

VW Fredericton were phenomenal to deal with. I traded in my car for a Tiguan and they helped make sure the process was fun and stress free. They walked me through every step, from how to turn on the back wipers, to what I needed to do to switch from a car that was bought and insured in NL, to my new SUV that would be registered in NB. They were easy to reach, made sure I was well educated on my options, and very personable throughout the process. They even welcomed my pup who came with me to pick up the new vehicle. Big shout out to Service Advisor, Mark Embleton. On a cold and wet day, he took the locking bolts off my son's wheels so we could get a spare tire put on by our tow truck driver. He then put air in that same spare to make sure my son could drive the car safely. Mark did this out of the goodness of his heart as he would not take any money for his time or efforts. We are not clients, just a vw owner of a second hand car and with no hesitation, Mark made an especially difficult morning way less stressful with his kindness and willingness to help. Thank you so much!

Great buying experience! We negotiated primarily online and once we arrived at the dealer everything was as we discussed. The car is a CPO Volkswagen. It is immaculate. We were shown the vehicles service history and CPO assessment. Very easy guys to work with on buying a vehicle. We were given a credit for coming from out of town. What amazing Service, over the phone & in person! I was on my way back to Ottawa from visiting family in NS; engine light came on in St. Andrews NB with a ton of codes! I called the dealership in Fredricton and spoke to the Service dept.and he took the time to ease my mind, gave me advice & even spoke to the garage where I had stopped. I drove to Fredricton the next morning, were more time was given to me, a mechanic even came out to check the engine & free road side assistance was arranged for 2 months. All free of change ~ Just amazing! I made it back home safe & sound and now have dealt with the problem locally in Ottawa. THANKS AGIAN

Sarah was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. She was easy to communicate with and was always there if I had questions. I definitely recommend anyone looking for new a Volkswagen to ask for her.

After my first visit to the dealership, Dan (the sales manager) sent a personal video of the vehicle I was looking at, which highlighted some of he features I might've missed, a recap of the potential payments and of course an invitation to come back for another look. I thought this was a really unique marketing tool and certainly grabbed my attention.

All in all, from the moment I arrived at the dealership to when I drove off the lot, it couldn't have went any smoother. I can't wait to tell everyone about my experience.

This is a hard review to write. Their Service Center I'd give a solid 5. I dealt with a guy there that was super professional and saved me quite a bit of money.

On the other hand. I will likely never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Super disappointed with the after-sales customer service.

Shelby my sales woman was very knowledgeable and informative. I preferred to wait till I could test drive vehicles before buying.
