Hot turkey and fish taco is highly recommended. We had take out and the customer service for take out is perfect! We will be trying in the restaurant some time soon. But everyone I see leave looks very satisfied and happy.

Went for lunch (breakfast) but the ladies let us have clams best clams since we went last time

First time customer the experience was wonderful the Poutine was awesome, also my entire order was prepared properly and the staff friendly and attentive to the service they provide me. I'll recommend this place to everyone.

OMG! Clams and scallops, both our favorites. And today’s specials! I ordered the scallops. My husband ordered the clams and we shared.

We always love it here. The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. The servings are enormous and the service friendly and efficient.

Always look forward to coming out east for fried seafood, and this place doesn't disappoint! Wish I had taken a picture of the dinner bread rolls they bring out after ordering, it was such a nice pre meal treat, very fluffy and pleasantly salty. Portions are generous, that's the kids meal spaghetti and kids meal poutine. Other plate was the seafood special. Fries are awesome too

Been going to Freds for years with no problems. Today I celebrated my parents birthday there and the waitress was so unfriendly and unskilled. It was around 2: 00 and the restaurant was not busy. We got our menus and then had to wait about 15 minutes for our order to be taken…the younger waitress had to notify our waitress to take our order. She seemed distracted. Then we did not receive our water/drinks or rolls until we asked for them…by that time our orders were ready and our fries were cold by the time she brought it to our table. This waitress had short grey hair and glasses…worst service ever at Freds If she had of been friendly, it may have made up for the horrible service. My parents are kind, friendly people so very disappointing!

Excellent roadside restaurant with a wide menu choice. The clams are large. Of particular note is the coLeslaw which is very good and served in big quantities. Prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

The portions are big. You don't have to walk away hungry from Fred's.

Delicious Seafood! So fresh, big portions! We were a large group and everything was brought to us quickly, hot, and fresh. We will be going back very soon! The seafood platter was a big hit, but the waitress recommended the seafood stirfry and it was amazing!

We took the family here for the first time today and it will not be our last visit. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. The warm buns were a welcomed surprise. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend. Try the curly fries.

If you're driving by make sure you to take the exit to Cap Pele in New Brunswick. Here you will Fred's. Ine of the best seafood stops in the maritimes. Try their fried clams!

Awesome seafood but lots of other options too. Generous servings, reasonable prices, excellent service.

Fred's is a clean, spacious family style restaurant with lots of windows for a bright atmosphere. There were two servers on when we went there for lunch and they were responsive and friendly. We had the Ultimate Pizza and the cheeseburger respectively. The pizza crust was homemade and the toppings were fresh. The cheeseburger was also good and came with nice crispy fries. We ordered gravy to go with the fries and were pleased with the generous helping. Recommend.:)

Large pieces of fish, batter, not too thick. Too many fries. Cole slaw is OK. Why do you ask for a tip when I pick up?
