Kind of shocked by all the good reviews on here.we have had nothing but terrible customer service. Have been trying to get our AC fixed since June. Car has been in 5 times and we still can't get a straight answer about why it's not fixed. At one point a part had to be ordered and they said they would let us know when it was in. Weeks later my husband called to ask about it and they said "Oh, yeah, we have that. " I guess they just weren't going to tell us? The communication is awful, they don't respond to messages or get back when they say they will. This will be our last visit to Fundy Honda.

I have always been a big supporter of Fundy Honda. I no longer can say that. Since the take over by the Steele group, the phone system is terrible. I purchased a crv touring, my daughter purchased a crv touring my other daughter purchased a passport, my son purchased a crv even my mother inlaw purchased a civic. Needless to say my family has psupported this business. With the new ownership it is impossible to speak with a human, when you leave a messages they never call back. I love the cars but not the dealership. Going to look at other dealership that care about their customers

My dad brought my vehicle down to Fundy Honda for an appraisal and Sheldon was amazing to deal with. Throughout the entire process he was quick with providing updates and was very pleasant. Thanks Sheldon!

Staff was really good! Only downside is that the part was not available, but it was requested immediately.

Went to fundy Honda on march 7 2023 for a oil change my appointment was for 10am showed up 15 min early took them until 12: 15pm to do a oil change that takes maybe 15 min to do if you want quick service go somewhere else

I had contacted the local Honda dealer closest to me asking for the new 2022 Honda Odyssey and they responded with "Cant get that, would you like a Pilot" So I contacted Mike at Fundy Honda, told him exactly what I wanted and was prepared to wait. They have been nothing but great through the entire process. We had a little hiccup with winter tires but they came through! I feel most dealerships would have just taken my money and ran but they didn't. 10/10 recommend!

2023 is starting off great thanks to a super buying experience with Neil Rowe. My Civic Sport arrived and is every bit as great as I had hoped. Neil did an amazing job keeping me posted during the wait time on my order and was super on the vehicle delivery, teaching me all about it. Now we are a 2 civic family. He sent us a video of our possible new vehicle showcasing its offerings and sharing as much information as possible. My salesman was Joshua Wentworth. Josh was so friendly, knowledgeable and looked after my every need. I would highly recommend you look him up at Fundy Honda. Did I mention how spotless this place was. I've been in a lot of places shopping for a vehicle and I've yet to see any as clean as this place. My wife & I recently purchased a lease return 2022 Sport CRV from Fundy Honda.
Deepak Chahal was our sales contact.
I liked him right away and he showed us a model of HRV we had been interested in.
He was very thorough and answered all of our questions concerning the choices available.
We eventually decided on a CRV 2022 model as it came with a remarkable 7 yr warranty and had very low kilometers (practically new) and we already knew about the CRV having purchased a new 2014 EXL and loving it (still have it)!
Deepak walked us through all the purchase steps seamlessly and even let us take the car for part of the afternoon to make sure we were comfortable with it.
