I ordered a birthday bouquet online and wondered if it would get delivered in time, as I am on the west coast and it was mid afternoon when I placed the order.
Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was a beautiful bouquet.

Anytime I’m looking to add a new one, Galbraiths is the place I visit. Oksana sourced out beautiful and affordable pots also. The entire staff is helpful, super knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Galbraith Florist did our wedding florals back in September and WOW we were absolutely obsessed. Even to this day, I receive so many compliments about our wedding florals. Oksana kindly met with us months in advance to ensure our vision would be met and I remember leaving every encounter with so much confidence. She pulled through with excellence. Thank you for a great service, flowers were delivered to me on Feb 14th as a surprise and it was -10 outside, but they are still beautiful and fresh, because they were not just left outside, I appreciate that the delivery guy called on the cell and mentioned flowers are outside and nobody is picking them up and ask if he should leave them outside or not, thank you again for your extra work and for the high quality service

I live in the US. Sent a very special girl flowers at her work place in St. John. I indicated in the special instructions they needed to be there by 2 PM Valentine's Day. By 10 AM I received a "thank you" text from her and a selfie of her crying with joy. The arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!

Every time I send a bouquet from Galbraith's, they are beyond beautiful and always fresh, so they last longer than usual. Not to mention, easy to order and amazing service. Highly recommend!

Flowers were fine but I was not satisfied with the delivery process. The florist could have checked with the recipient to see when available for receipt rather than delivery showing up and no one was home because they were at the church for the funeral. An additional fee was required to complete the delivery to the church 3 minutes down the road.

I ordered online for next day delivery. The online system was a breeze. On the day of delivery, they left me a voicemail (i was unavailable) letting me know they were substituting a couple of flowers in the arrangement so it would last longer. Delivery was on time. The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement and quality of the product. I had a great day too, having had a great experience with Galbraith's. They made two people happy with one sale.

Galbraith’s delivery service is impeccable. They ALWAYS seem to come through on same-day orders and their deliverers follow instructions to the letter. Obviously, their floral arrangements are not only STUNNING but also affordable. Best florists in the city, hands-down.

All I have to say is Wow! Thank you Galbraith florists and staff. I live across the country and decided to send flowers last minute to family who are spending Christmas in isolation. I thought for sure this would not be possible ordering at noon on Christmas Eve but these guys pulled it off and made the delivery within a few hours! I called the florist shortly after placing my order online to let them know they are in isolation and the staff member who answered the phone was cheery and friendly. I was impressed as I'm sure these guys must be very busy at work and wanting to get home on X-mas eve. My Aunt and Uncle were very touched and in tears when they received the beautiful arrangement. Thank you staff for your hard work and if anyone is thinking about if they should use this florist I would highly recommend!
