Very willing to take on a new customer and work with them to try and isolate the problem before sending a technician. Technician was very curtious, efficient and respectful of our house be removing outdoor boots.

I had a great experience with Matrix Mechanical! MM indicated that they could make someone available the day I called if I needed someone right away! I scheduled them for when my sink was ready, which was a day later. So today, Wednesday Nov 29th, Nate Mason of MM arrived right on schedule, even giving me an e-mail and phone call 30 minutes prior to arriving! Nate was very friendly, and represented Matrix Mechanical very well, explaining to me the great company values and the other services available to me, if and when required. He did a great job fixing my sink and washer hose and even worked straight through the morning until it was all completed. He also completely cleaned up each area when he was finished! That is great service! I will hire Matrix Mechanical again in the future for sure! Thanks very much!

I have called three other service depots about this leak and were charged for the calls.unfortunately, this leak was never fixed until yesterday when Matrix sent a plumber, he was super and knew exactly what it was and where the leak was coming from. I worry about things like this and I will be using this company in the future. Thank you so much

Chris was out to perform a deep clean on my heat pump and also service my air exchanger. Chris is incredibly thorough with his work and takes the time to explain to me what I need to do in order to keep these systems operating at their best.

Called in the morning and was able to get a plumber on-site within 90 minutes. Plumber did a great job. Needed to call back the next day for a minor fix, they were able to get here and get it taken care of the same day.
