Giant Tiger

I was at this Giant Tiger today to pick up a few things. When I went to checkout there was only 1 cashier working and 4 or 5 self checkouts. Since I was paying with cash I had only 1 option. I got into a line of about 5 people for the cashier. An employee was standing around trying to entice people to go to the self checkouts but few did. As the lineup for the single cashier grew the few people who did us the self checkouts needed help with their purchases. Finally with the lineup I was in got up to 15 people the cashier asked if backup for her could be called. Someone did come but with only 1 other checkout the line started to move. Thankfully. I do not at all blame the cashier, only the store owner for putting profit above customer service.

Got everything I came for plus things that were on sale that I didn't. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience and great deals.

I love this store. They always have the nicest selection of clothes for the whole family. Also very cheap groceries.

Disorganized store, staff is less then friendly. Could use a refresher on customer service skills but their bar is not set too high I do not believe to begin with! Needs managment change.

Only if the management is still there. He must be the descendant of a plantain owner, the way he hires and treats his staff.

The staff at Giant Tiger (Southside) are some of the best sales assistants anywhere in Fredericton. I have been shopping there for years, and they are consistently pleasant, helpful and go out of their way to give good service. I really enjoy my shopping experience there. They are obviously choosing the right people and training them well. Always a smile.

Very poor customer service. One rude sales associate decided to comment about whether or not we were picking the right clothing sizes out. Customer complaint went unanswered. Never shop here!

Very cool store. Nice selection. Fairly reasonable prices on most things. Some of the women's clothes are overpriced. Better to get women's clothes elsewhere.

Haven't come across a giant tiger I didn't like. Has a good selection of plus size, good prices as well. Every giant tiger has long lines but I've never stood in line long here. Sometimes the chagingroom area is a mess and can barley move around the underwear area of the store.

Deals are great, staff is helpful, products are good, store is relatively clean. Was cold in there the last time I went though.

Asked where windshield ice scrapers were and was told outside if they have any. It was so dark I could not see them unless I took them towards the door where there was light so I could see them. They were also jammed so tightly in the rack it was hard to pull one out.
