Giant Tiger

Self checkout definitely needs some upgrades. Bought cucumber, for instance, required the 4 digit code but no place to put it without employee's assistance. Why not put the keypad there for us, the customer, to input that 4 digit number ourselves. Then, it wouldn't take my debit card, so my husband had to use his. Thought it might be my card yet next place I went to, no issues with debit.
Frustrating!

I like giant tiger for food that's quick to make they dont have alot of fresh stuff but alot of things seem cheaper then other stores. I wish they didnt replace all of the human checkouts with automated it seems their always empty and the people have a big line.

Giant Tiger is an excellent place where we can find everything from cleaning supplies to food. Its size enough for the community where it is located. Thank you Giant Tiger. Greetings.

Nice to shop in until you get to checkout. I can't imagine putting self checkouts in a store that has so many low income people using it. TERRIBLE DECISION

Good store good prices. I don't go in a lot because of my mobility issues but I do recommend it if you want a good shopping experience

Very pleased with my experience. Stock was plentiful and well displayed. Everyone was masked and with few exceptions, people did maintain distance.

Many many options. I compared the prices here of basic foods vs. The small grocery store nearby, giant tiger has the lowest price for the exact same product.will come back here why not.

This is almost a one stop store for groceries, clothes, and other supplies for around the house ️!

It's extremely difficult to back into the dock as it's off 4 lane hwy. The 4 wheelers are extremely discourteous to stop so you back into the dock.

I would like to let you know that Tenille helped me on Sunday Nov 7/21 with my Netflix purchase. She was very courteous and pleasant and solved my problem for me. Also the young lady on Nov 6/21 was unable to help me but led me in the right direction, sorry I did not get her name, these two ladies deserve my thanks and although upset I realise that sometimes problems take a little time. I shop your store frequently and will continue to do so with happy thoughts, THANK YOU.

Convenient parking, no hassle shopping. There is a variety of items to shop for. Prices reasonable.

They always have decent deal even some of there regular price are way better then sobey superstore ext just depend what your looking for

Going to the giant Tiger today was just as satisfying as going to a tropical resort in the beautiful Dominican of Republic. Just remember it doesn't matter how you feel only the matter how you look my darlings.

Great prices but the staff are very rude! I asked to try on some clothes and when I asked the girl to unlock the doors she got angry and slammed her hand on the shelf.

Glad to have Giant Tiger, but wish they had a second location to go to because of the location. Parking is a issue sometimes.

Great for a quick stop to pick up a few groceries and see if they have any cute clothing. Go there all the time.

Place Always good and recently they have Halal products. Wish they added more Halal products, like meat and chicken

Sale on products and empty shelves is upsetting but staff at cash were great especially at this time

Excellent little grocery and clothing store. Quality goods at a reasonable price if not a discounted price. Even added a meat section within last month. Staff was helpful in getting me my coffee in stockroom when it wasn't on shelf. Really enjoy shopping there. Store was much needed in area.

Giant tiger is one of the cheapest grocery store in this region. I have compared its prices with other major competitors such as Walmart.

Good prices for unknown brands. In uptown Saint John GT is a great place to get groceries for a good price.

Great deals on all the product's as well as excellent hours. The recently added a fresh meat section as well which I think is great because this part of saint John has a lot of people who do not have transportation or on fixed incomes and have no real way of purchasing meat in the south of Saint John. They are really starting to improve on their facility and are starting to attract more customers as well.

The store is usually picked up and consistently has good deals. Cashier's are a little slow but otherwise good. That being said their brand (mountain ridge I think) runs wayyyyyy big.

Terrible store full of bargain stuff, super low quality. Super low quality food. Honestly a terrible store. Good for socks n underwear i guess.

Cheap prices, and pretty good sales. I'd avoid buying fruit from here unless you eat it same day. Seems to expire a lot quicker than fruit bought from other grocery stores.

It's absolutely so disorganized you can't find anything unless you're a local. The staff is disgruntled most times. I avoid this spot.

I go here only rarely. There isn't much selection for food products, I prefer a true grocery store. Quality of goods could be better.

Generally well laid out, although the item I was primarily looking for was somewhat difficult to find, everything else was exactly where I expected it to be.

It may sound weird but I come here for the cheap pies and pastries. They never seem to dissapoint and I'm always satisfied as they're cheap and reliably delicious. I typically dont shop for much else but I thoroughly enjoy the price cuts
