Purchased some Bunny treats and was told if he didn't eat them bring them back and get money back. He didn't like them and money was refunded with no problem. Appreciated their customer service.

Great stuff and great staff HOWEVER, I purchased a water fountain, the filter should be changed every 1-2 months, but they don’t sell the filters! Quite ridiculous to sell something without selling the equipment for the upkeep.

Always experience a good visit anytime I come here. The staff are always super helpful answering questions and locating products. I recently needed a specific ointment for my dogs hotspot and they knew what I was looking for and had it for me in a flash. If you have pets, odds are whatever you need can be found here. You're welcome to bring your pets in as well! Store is always super well kept and clean.
