The service is so bad the sales manager is like 17 and you cant get any services when you ask for something its like they dont know what a golf club is and its our only golf store in moncton

Still smiling since leaving GolfTown Moncton today. The service was EXCEPTIONAL.
If this store was an airline, I definitely flew 1st class! Could they have thought I was Brooke Henderson's mother?

My husband just had a custom fitting with Scott at the Golf Town in Moncton. We weren’t anticipating having a fitting, but figured we’d ask because we’d travelled there from away. Scott generously fit us in - with wonderful help from Brian! - and my hubby ended up walking away with a custom set. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, honest and patient. Way to go, Golf Town - you’ve got some great employees on your team. Treat ‘Em well! Thanks, Scott & Brian! I’m sure we’ll be back

Went today to get fitted for a new set of clubs. What a great experience trying different clubs to determine the brand and style to buy. Thanks to Scott and his analysis and suggestions, I decided upon the new Cobras. Can't wait to pick them up. Thanks, Scott, for the great service and suggestions

I went to Golf Town today for a fitting appt. I can not say enough positive comments about my experience.
There was a small error with the time of my appt but the Staff and General Manager were extremely accommodating.
Mark Leger assisted me and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and very beneficial. I highly recommend this store and Mark if you need help with club fitting!

Lots of cool golf stuff. Expensive but that comes with the sport I guess. Place to try your clubs before buying.

Tanya was extremely helpful finding a sales receipt from 2 days ago as I struggled to and could not find it in my car. Chelsey was very welcoming and provided amazing service.

Great service and selection. Prices are a little higher than other retailers; however, since they sort of have the local Monopoly around the Greater Moncton area, there aren't many other options. Their sales are good though, and they happen so often that it always feels like a fun trip to go in and wander for deals. Staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable as well, which is a huge plus in the modern days of terrible retail experiences in other businesses. Keep up the great work.

Stopped in to look at a cheap second hand set of irons. One of the employees let me do some testing on the simulator. Was awesome to be able to swing and test. Ended up buy an upgraded set of 2nd hand clubs. Thanx folks

I was looking for a cart bag and you literally had to take down each bag and hunt for the price. And none were on sale that I could find.

The staff at the regripping station were very unprofessional. No help whatsoever and they just assumed the customer knows everything when they should be the help…

D'abord pourquoi le message pour le service n'est pas en français puisque nous sommes une province bilingue et de plus Moncton est la ville officiellement bilingue? De plus, depuis 1 semaine que j'essais de parler à un vendeur et le message en anglais seulement m'envoi veut un opérateur qui ne répond jamais. Comment je peut faire pour parler à un vendeur au téléphone? J'apprécierais une réponse à mes demandes ci-dessus? Merci

Probably one of the best places for your golf needs! (I haven't been to them all)
Great selection of equupment and accessories for every level of play. Indoor hitting area with three separate tee areas to try out clubs, get fitted for your swing, and get the feel of any club you have your eye on. They even have a section of slightly used equipment to help those of us who are usually on a budget.
The staff here at Golf Town are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you fine tune your game.

Great selection staff was great wish more simulators was open but with covid you get what they are allowed

Inexperienced staff. Salesmen only! No information on the products they sell but want to sell you the most expensive items they carry. Asked simple questions about the clubs.no clue. Tried clubs in the driving range and you may as well have your 2 yr old child watch cause employees don't know what they're looking at to help you. I'll be going to another golf store where the employees want to help the customer rather than help their paycheck

I have never had a bad experience and today was no different. The staff is friendly and accomodating, especially the repair shop! Thanks for the great service!

Always an amazing experience. Had to take 5 iron in to get sent out for warranty work and while there compared some clubs with current ones for the big sticks. Walked out with one. Knowledgeable staff, fantastic service and amazing facilities that are open to be used.

It is nice to be able to see and sample a wide variety of of new and pre owned gear. The staff was very friendly and helpful and yes their were some bargains to be found

Hassle free service, plesent and cooperative staff, above and beyond what I expected was necessary, I left the store feeling better then when I went In.

Great service, very knowledgeable. Tanya and Steve both were top notched to deal with. Highly recommend both. A great fitting done by Steve, with lots of experience. Tanya had great customer service.

What a disappointment of a human working there today. 6 footish guy with glasses that has no sense of humour or humanity. I typically am impressed with golf town staff and this guy brought them all down.

Used the golf simulator. Staff were very helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Lucked into a cobra demo on a Saturday morning.
