We were looking for a specific high tension curtain rod. We went to McAllister and they had 1. We needed two. We called the store on the west side and spoke to a young man. He told us they were there. We made the trip west to find out that they were notnin stock there. Wasted trip? NOPE! We were served by Teri-Lynn. She looked up the sku and checked all other stores in the area. Found it in Hampton and proceeded to call and have them set one aside for us. The most amazing customer service we have ever received. Look for her when you go in. She is amazing at her job!
