Best pizza my boy friend and I ever ate.stuffed crust (mozzarella) and 3 cheese crust dust flavouring! So warm, cheesy, fresh, and soft.

An absolute disappointment.
Ordered a party size pizza. Half greco works and half garlic fingers. Way over cooked to begin with. Burnt taste. They sent a pepperoni pizza instead of Greco works. After an hour wait we just wanted to eat. My wife had a donair oven sub with no tomatoes. It came untoasted covered with tomatoes.
And all of this for 61 dollars.
Don't waste your hard earned money on something that is made by a whole lot of people that just don't care!
Unbelievably dissatisfied and will never order there again.
If you want great pizza, try Freddie's. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible delivery service! Always late or always a mix up. Avoid their delivery service at all cost!

Definitely good place for the deal they offer. Basically a buck a slice for 25 and its fairly large I'd say. Recommend for party's but we usually get two boxes.

I ordered a pizza at 2: 30 today. The order was about $40, for location 2 minutes away from their location. I was told it will be 30 minutes. I'm a diabetic so my sugar gets low and I need to eat it on time.
After 50 minutes passed, I called to inquire and the guy who picked up the phone said 'he does not know where the driver is' and 'don't worry it will be there in 20-25' minutes'.
I asked to speak to the owner. Simple question I posed: 'Do you expect me to pay for this order now? ' Brazenly, he answered 'it is within 45 minutes' (It wasn't as at this point was 60 minutes at this point and 70 at the time of writing this email) and 'no, you are not going to get it if you don't pay it'.
Not only will I not order anymore, but will not order - or allow the order to be placed, to this or any other Greco location either as a personal or corporate order.

My garlic cheese fingers tasted like cardboard. Burnt cardboard with no taste. There was next to no garlic sauce on it, and cheese only in the middle and not much. I basically paid for burnt out, dried pizza dough

Wow! What an experience and I didn't even receive my pizza yet. Just called to order.the lady who picked up answered and said "its busy it will take a while can you hold''. After waiting over 5 minutes she returns and sounded very unimpressed that I actually did wait. She had no manner at all and sounded annoyed by my order. Once I finally finished giving my order (after her trying to cut me off after each pizza) she said ok it will be over 30 minutes because we are busy and hang up right away. I almost felt insulted. I realize they are busy but if my business is a problem for Greco, I will simply order somewhere else going forward.
I am ok with waiting, but dont be mad at me for being a customer!
Its the first time it happens to me at this location but it is still unnacceptable.

Defiantly one of the best grecos in the city, never lost my order or made the wrong things.and defiantly didn't have moths in my salad like i did when i ordered from the Elmwood location.

Placed an order online this past Saturday and showed up 30 minutes later, paid and was told it would still be awhile as they were busy that night. After this point, I was completely ignored.
I ended up waiting another 40 minutes! Before finally going up to the cash to ask for a refund & leaving, when one of the employees checked & my order was sitting on top of the oven the whole time. Barely warm pizza & not even an apology, they just handed me an (already used) 5.00$ off my next purchase coupon.
Horrible experience.

Have missed Greco since I moved from Atlantic Canada. Sweet sauce supremobut the meat on the spit was the best and the pre-package meat heated on the grill of late just ain't what she used to be! Still a hint of home!
