Greco Pizza

Tried charging my mother $40 for one pizza.when we ordered garlic fingers as well. Girl on the phone had attitude and tried not giving me the garlic fingers we were charged.

I had almost given up on Greco. The Elmwood drive location is horrid (food plus service). Went today to killiam drive location. What a difference. Service was great and pizza was delicious. Will definitely be taken my Greco business to this location

Pretty standard greco visit. While waiting I did happen to see that the ceiling and signs hanging would benefit from a dusting.
Regardless, donairs and garlic fingers are always delicious.
Service was friendly, to the point, and fast.

30 years I have been ordering from Greco and I have always asked for extra sauce on my pizza.last week I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and was told it was 1.95 for extra sauce on my pizza. I called several other pizza places to inquire about extra sauce. You win Greco you are the only one that charges for extra sauce on pizza after 30 you have lost my business

Not really an issue with this location, but ordered via the app (which isn't great to begin with) and it didn't tell me when it was done like most pizza place apps.
On top of this, after some time tried calling and couldn't get through. When I did get there, even though they were busy, the staff were pretty rude for simple questions.

I use to love greco but check out the amount of cheese on my last pizza i ordered, it was basically a box of dry dough i would of returned it if i didn't live so far away and got my money back! Hardly acceptable! Very disappointing, never again.

The pizza was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was fair. An option if you want to try something local.

I ordered a Donair oven sub. Got home to find there was no sauce. Didn't see anywhere online that I had to ask for sauce and the agent who took my order didn't offer it. Big disappointment.

I ordered 12inch pizza. It was so good. Staff is so humble. Always give fast service. I really recommend you. They have really good deals.

Garlic fingers came without donair dauce and barely there cheese. Hardly any sauce on the pizza as well.

Loved my donair oven sub was delicious worth the drive to moncton will be back and also ordering online as well

They said 25 minutes but was an hour. Crust wasn't tasty. Just an overall bad taste and experience.

I haven't been to Greco in years. I received absolutely top-notch service. The pizza and garlic fingers were incredible in the staff for extremely friendly. I'm definitely going back.

Today I ordered three party pizzas from Greco Killam drive branch in which two of these are burnt and was taste very very bad. It was wastage of money for what I got. Had faced the same situation in past but didn't complain about that but it happened again so I have to write this time. Also the kitchen was in very bad condition at that time. It was a very very bad experience.hope it never happened with any other customer. THANK YOU.

Had an issue with staff at this location not giving a price at the time of an order, when the driver showed up to deliver the food, was outraged at the cost, spoke to Debra, the apparent General Manager for the Moncton area. Asked about the pricing and was not advised that the prices changed & was not told to me upon ordering. Debra then proceeded to call me a liar and stood by her staff and refused to take my complaint seriously. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything, I just wanted to confirm the price & why it was more than I was under the impression it should be and to find out why the order taker on the phone didn't give a price, which they're supposed to. This is the worst service I've ever received. Will also be reporting to the BBB & National Head Office. This is not how a "General Manager" should be talking to customers. Highly inappropriate.

Decent pizza, a little pricey for what you get. Wait wasn't bad as it's fresh to order. Sat in and the place is a bit dated but clean for the most part.

Love the pizza but delivery and customer service is terrible would eat again but would rather better service

Pretty good, but I find their prices are climbing to the point where my partner and I getting pizza, wings, a dessert and some drinks cost us around $50. We could go to the Casino and have a buffet for both of us with many entrees, desserts and drinks $22. I understand the casino discounts their food real cheap, but even the Chinese buffet for both of us is only $54.

It's a Greco's pizza like any others. Consistant with other Greco quality. They haven't got a single order wrong yet and they're always quite fast comparative to other Greco's.

We ordered online on a Monday night and it took over 70 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. Driver told us that our order was routed to the wrong store. We ordered from the Dieppe store which was closest to our hotel but he said it was resubmitted to the Killam Store. Donair sauce was frozen, seriously? I've never in my life ordered garlic fingers and received frozen donair sauce. The only reason I gave a 2-star rating was because the pizza tasted alright, otherwise it would have been a 1-star. I also love the $4.99 delivery fee and $1 debit machine fee. Nothing like getting us for a other 6 bucks while taking well over an hour to deliver pizza. Seriously, either takeout from Greco and pay cash or get pizza from somewhere else.

I Have Loved Their Pizza Since I Was A Kid. But Over The Years They Sacrificed Their Quality Over Quantity.
Making The Box Size Bigger And Calling It "XL, Or XXL" While Cutting The Dough Amount And Topping Portions To Cut Costs.

Very inconsistent and unprofessional as I had a few encounters over the years. Also the pizza isn't that great.

One of the pizza places I do like but could use a lot of work.

Prices are kind of ridiculous at times (if not all) but other than that it's pretty good, the only thing I dislike is the fact they put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese, it's something that bothers me but I'll eat it regardless.

I like Greco Pizza but that day I was interested in trying their awesome packed with Donair meat Sub and it was beyond delicious. Will definitely be having another in the near future.

I had wings They weren't bad. But one of my sause was bad and smelled like an old bathroom. I had tasted it on my wing. But it was to late and ate it. Went home and got ill and spent the night in the wash room. I did see one of the employees taking out garage and went right back to cooking food and not even washing his hands. The place could use a good cleaning. If you don't believe me go and touch the men's bathroom door. Your hand will stick to it. Mine almost did.

Has to be the most useless app EVER been trying to access for 3 days now can’t even see a menu or anything don’t bother downloading the greco app which is supposed to make it so easy just keeps timing out on that too

Close to work and attached to a Captain Sub. Have this for super every Friday as part of my 16hour shift routine:)

The greco on Killam Dr sucks when u have somethingwwrong with the food they don't care they give u the run around and don't do anything about your problem i had thing wrong with my order more then once and they pretty well said deal with it and hung up and they tried to charge me 14 dollars for delivery but when confronted they didn't do it but still charged 2 dollars more then they were suppose too that was the last straw i will not order from killam dr again I'M DONE WITH KILLAM DR LOCATION
