Greco Pizza

Overall experience was fine, I don’t expect anything much here from placing the order and going in to pick up, not a big deal there.

However, I brought our party pizza back to feed a group of 7 people for a work lunch. I’m so disappointed in the THIN party pizza crust. That was never like that before. Skrinkflation much? We’ve ordered many party pizzas for years for different events, all from Greco. I was worried that our staff would be hungry after having their few slices each. Had I known, I would have ordered a 2nd.

The sauce and ingredients were also not spread out well, leaving a lot of crust left behind.

The quality is just not there now. Because of this, for our parties and events, I will most likely find somewhere else to cater to a larger group (when it comes to pizza). Unless this changes, we won’t be back: (

I do not know if the other pizza restaurants are better in New Brunswick. I’m a tourist from Ontario and had eaten in many local pizza chains. I found the pizzas served by this Greco to be of much better quality than a lot of the common chains we have in Ontario. Store keepers are also very polite.

Ordered 1small and 1medium donair a medium garlic finger with extra dipping sauce for delivery. When my order arrived I got 1 small donair and a garlic finger with no dipping sauce. Called and was told they would send other donair and a dipping sauce. Opened what we did get and the donair looked like someone stepped on it and the garlic finger was cold. Called back and was never so disrespected by customer service in my life. They said that I should have told them that at the first call and they will send the one donair and sauce but it will be the last time as they don’t just give out free food. Well first of all “I paid for the food and didn’t receive what I ordered” and was told that it should have been said the first call the condition of the food. I will never again spend money at this place They are so disrespectful and don’t care about their customers. I told them that I will never to go back there

We ordered through the phone, and was very explicit about having an open, not closed sub. We go to pick up the subs, and they were closed. No offer to remake, just " are you gonna take it or not? " So, I said no, and walked out

Ordered party pizza works there’s barely no cheese? Pizza is far from covered in cheese not even 1/2 of it as cheese

I don’t know what’s changed with their crust, but it’s like glue and the pizza has no taste to it at all. Last time I order from them

Yummy! The staff was nice too. Helped us with anything we needed and answered any questions we had.

I’ve only been here a few times but the pizza is always fresh and hot. Friendly attentive staff!
