Our dog has some anxiety, especially when it comes to trimming her nails. Last time we were at the vet, they had issues getting it done and we’ve struggled multiple times at home.

Grooming Tails were able to get our dog in and out in less than 10 minutes. We’re super impressed! Definitely will be back!

We have taken our dogs here many times and have aways been pleased with there work and the fact that I have mobility issues and they come out to bring our dog inside, and bring back out with there debit machine so the whole vist is done without me having to leave my car is very impressive.

When I tell you this place is the best, it’s the best. Considering how energetic, crazy, and strong my dog can be finding a spot that would best be suited was A MUST.after reading the reviews and responses I booked an appointment for a nail trim (we all know how those can go) and after being in person with such an amazing group of people this will now be our go to spot! -ps the owner and her staff know EXACTLY what they are doing!

The degree of professionalism, excellent facilities, and friendly staff compared to others will always bring you back to this establishment.

I took my shihtzu “ Abby” for a complete groomimg on Dec 20. She has been in constant PAIN since then. All of her paws, lower face, neck & eye area are shaved to the point of BURN & PAIN. They called me after trimming her back paws & said that Abby was having a seizure & for me to come to the shop in an hr & they would proceed with doing her front paws with me present. And by “ present ”, meaning I could watch from a TV camera / monitor. My 10 yr old very timid shihtzu who has never ever barked (seriously) just sat there nicely while in pain while they hurt her. It breaks my heart! She has not left her bed since. I’m not one to ever post a warning (being conscious of someone’s business & living) but as a pet owner, I feel the absolute need to warn others NOT to go here. You will regret it & your pet will never be the same. In all honesty this was my 2nd visit, the 1st one being really good …. Albeit expensive but the 2nd and last one, an absolute nightmare. Find another “PET FRIENDLY “ place to go. I will never put my shishtz through this again ; (

We have 2 mini doxies who are not overly social & not entirely happy we moved. One doxie is very nervous getting a pedicure. We have been to Grooming Tails Pet Salon twice & the staff were wonderful so this third time we added their tooth brushing service. Very professional, I called for an appointment and they had one for the following week. They did an excellent job cutting Oreo’s hair and nails they sent me a text to remind me of my appointment. They also called me to let me know that there was construction and was willing to give me directions. They sent me a text message asking me how was the service.well it was excellent! They care about customer service.

My dogs like this place. Always have good experiences. One of my dogs is timid but Bailey has been successful in helping him to over come his fears. Lovely people work. My questions are always promptly answered.

I was very nervous taking my dog anywhere to get groomed because we rescued her. I took her in to get her nails trimmed, and she was so comfortable and happy! She acted like she had known everyone there her entire life. They were so good with her and gentle! Have booked reoccurring appointments, and will never take her anywhere else. My cat Bula is very naughty but Nicole always does a lovely job of brushing her and getting her snarls out. Everyone is very friendly and I appreciate their service!

I took my 16 year old cat who had developed many mats in her long, fine fur in for a lion cut- they were quick, professional, and very transparent about anything that could impact pricing for the service. I can tell their team are genuinely very caring about the animals they handle. Would highly recommend.

These people are right up on the covid rules. It's very much no contact. My little Farley was just sweet when he came out. And not at all distressed happy little camper. Thank you folks we'll see you soon.
