Mr Rod Hipwell did a great job fixing our base board heating problem. He is extremely professional and communicative, best experience!

We recieved amazing electrical service by Rod Hipwell today. He did a wonderful job and changed exhaust in the kitchen and also solved the electricity issue we faced from last 2 days. Thank you Rod Hipwell for providing great service.

Someone came to fix our dishwasher that was leaking. He changed the shut off valve and said this was the issue. The next time we used the dishwasher, it leaked again. There is now starting to be damage on the hallway floor.
We made another maintenance request and Rodney came this time. Within 5 minutes, he had found the leak by running the dishwasher and looking for leakage.
Rodney then installed a nee dishwasher and we have not had any problems since! Great communication and great service by this man!
The floors are now ruined, but the issue is fixed properly!

The building was well maintained, the staff of the Property Management company was always accessible, and our tenancy at the apartment was comfortable.

Their repair & maintenance service is very good and professional. People on the team is so nice from repairman to manager… they put their time and work to keep the property well maintained and follow up with me / fill in all the details when I was away. Recommended to renters in Moncton. Will consider them for my future home

A little hiccup at the start due to us wanting to move a couple days before the the first. However so far, I am happy to say in my opinion the personnel have been professional and very helpful to get us in a little sooner. The place is clean, in good working order and safe. Great job, thank you!

Overall a recommended well established leading group with professional executives and managers. However, would only recommend additional training for particular admin/staff members.

Great property management company. GFPM not only looks after our property in a comprehensive manner, but their system pretty much puts it all on autopilot - from rent deposits, to reporting, from annual inspections to small repairs as they're identified - it's all handled seamlessly. Communication is great as well. We feel well taken care of and are glad we chose GFPM to handle our needs.

Great Service by Dave. Everything he said he would do he has done. They are accessible, quick to respond and clearly have the tenants cares and needs as a priority. Have experienced a couple of bad experiences before but Ground Floor Property is by far the best.

Looking and stressing about having an apartment under 2 weeks under the ground floor services specially from the Michelle the best supervisior and employee they have it, she give me hope and trust undoubtedly. I had a leak in my toilet and notified management and superintendent Marcel and it was fixed in under 3 hours!

Our family moved from Saskatchewan to New Brunswick. We were in a rush to find a rental quick as Airbnb was not working out for us. We visited Moncton for a day and contacted Ground Floor for a viewing for a property in Dieppe. This was a short notice request, but we were surprised on how quickly they were able to accommodate our request. The process for the application was very quick. After viewing the property on a Thursday we were able to move in the following week. Fast forward, rented for 9 months and we decided to buy our home. There was a bit of headache with the move out process, but we were very impressed with how the staff at Ground Floor handled our concerns and their willingness to find a solution that was fair for both parties.

The groundfloor team were considerate to me and they helped me at the best of their capacity!
