Great stay! The rooms were a little dated, but for the price and the service it was wonderful. Safe. Clean. Good continental breakfast!

The hotel was great. Lots of options for breakfast. Only complaint would be that the kids kept having to leave the pool room area due to the smell of chlorine. It was burning our eyes and we left with a cough and sore throat from breathing it in for a half hour. Needs better ventilation or less chlorine!

Originally, this Hotel I gave a 4 star rating. We stay frequently, this weekend was not the same. Seems to be under new management, food from previous guest left in the fridge, bath tub, shower was left with hair from previous guests. Spoke to management, they offered no solutions. Will watch other reviews before returning.

Room wasn't very clean, smarties on the floor, eyelash brush on the office chair, no shower curtain and the couch and chairs were stained.

Hotel avec un prob d'insonorisation et des chasses d'eau à réveiller les morts. Concernant le petit déjeuner reassort mal fait besoin de réclamer cafe, pain, les poubelles qui debordent du coup les clients ne savent plus où mettre les déchets.

The staff were very friendly. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Next to a shopping area. Quite a few restaurants nearby.

We were told upon arrival that we would need to request room cleaning. We did not request and someone entered and cleaned and removed a pair of my daughters 70 dollar shorts.

I was told to call the police after the operations manager said that they clean rooms everyday. I told him actually he had checked me in and told us we had to request it and it said it on all the signs in the hotel.

His customer service was terrible until I mentioned we would write an email to the higher ups. Then it was they would look harder. Still no shorts no apology no reduced rate.
His staff stole and he doesn’t care.

The hotel should be held accountable.

Great people working the front desk the couple times we needed things (+1 star), and even had a welcome card/candy bar recognizing us as a repeat guest from over 9 years ago (+1 more star). It's great to see the operations team doing what they can, because the physical property itself unfortunately is a 1-star property. I've never been in such a poorly constructed Hampton Inn - the walls and floors are both paper thin such that you hear everything above, beside, or coming through the pipes around you. Simply put: do whatever you can to get 1) a 4th-floor room and 2) an end room if possible; other than that, everything is great. Kudos to the current operations team, and shame on the construction team whenever this was built.

Really wanted to love this place but the room smelled like sewage. When I complained, the front desk apologized and said other guests complained about it as well. So why don’t they fix it? !

Went for a couple's night away. Reception for wifi/tv was terrible. Stained sheets from different things (eye makeup, and whatever else) soap scum on wall by whirlpool. When asked for extra towels we were told there were robes in the room when in fact there were not until requesting them 4 times only to have to go to desk to get them. Staff was dressed terribly and quite rude. Not close to being worth the cost of the room.

Rooms were filthy, 30-40 hairs in our bathroom, food all over the floor, spit marks on mirror, hair on blankets and big stain on the yellow, looking sheets, thick dust on chairs, this is after we switched room, because our first room, looked like someone slept in the bed, and hair in bathroom. Hard to relax and enjoy yourself, when you don't want to sit or lay down, or have a shower because of it being dirty!
Contacted general manager, and was promised our room would be cleaned, when we got back from dinner, it wasn't! So we packed up and left. So disappointing and not a relaxing start to our vacation. Haven't heard back from him, and really expected to, after our room wasn't cleaned.

I brought a few children here to celebrate a birthday party. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the slide but I really need to give a shout out to the staff. They were all super friendly and helpful! I want to give a special kudos to the breakfast staff. Absolute top notch! One of my kids dropped a glass of juice, they were right there to clean it up while patiently and sweetly encouraging my child not to worry about it. Everything was fresh and delicious and they even helped them make fun little waffles.
Seriously, if I could give more stars I would! We will be back!

It is a good hotel. The staff is great and the pool is good. Gym was closed for some reason. It is quite dated, feels like you’re in 2008

Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and as to be expected. One of the staff made comments about what we were eating which made us feel uncomfortable and shamed for taking part of the complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was disgusting with tons of foam buildup from not being cleaned and a ring of brown (something) around it. Great hotel - except the hot tub.
The bed was hard and squeaky with a brown stain on the mattress cover nbd. The sheets were clean as was the bathroom and carpet etc.take the stairs, the elevator certificate expired over a year ago

Very happy with my recent stay here. Very clean room, helpful staff, and can't go wrong with a free breakfast!

Used to rank it 5 stars but the last two times I left something there the housekeeping stole it because I called back and they said nothing was found… I’m certain these items were left behind and the front desk guy dismissed me pretty quickly saying nope nothing was found bye. I stay here all the time and it’s pretty sad to see. Might start taking my business elsewhere. Probably spend around 6k-12k per year here too.

We booked and paid for the king room with hot tub, but when we arrived we found out someone else was in our room and we were forced to downgrade.
Adding to this, no compromise was offered.

The stay was alright. Lots of stomping around in the hallway late late it night, when I tried to call down to front deck about it there was no answer. Hard to have a full night sleep. The room was clean and they did have a pool. We went to the pool in the morning, don't advise to go in the morning. There were no towels and the pool was just getting chemicals put in. Mid day to evening would have been better.
