Hank the Mechanic

They did oil change and my car leaking oil and start heating car.now i need to fix my engine. Seems like they dont know what they doing. Be careful

I wont go back again.i called and they said to check car 75 dollar and that will deduct from fixing car.just to put one bolt they charged me 125 dollar.i wont go back never in my life.highest scam ever seen in saint john.they just lifted car and wait to make one hour to charge 75 dollar and they will lock the door, so nobody will see wat they doing.super scam.never go back

Hank is an old school mechanic who really knows auto repairs. I have always been satisfied with his service and he treats his customers very well.

I found them to be rude. I went to test drive a car with my son and he said we both could not go for the test drive. It's his 1st car and I'm more experienced then my son. Very dismissive and kept trying to close the hood on me while I was looking. I can only imagine how we would be treated after had we purchased the vehicle. Won't be back to buy a vehicle and sure won't be back for service.

I called to inquire about getting my AC topped up and they want $50 to look at it and $ 170 to clean and fill it! That is insane.

Perfect way to buy a car! Tell Hank what you want and how much you can spend. He does the shopping registration etc. No fuss and oh so easy. Hank is very good at what he does and backs up his word.

When I called about having four tires on rims installed the owner said it would be $65.00 plus tax! I worked in a shop myself and that price is outrageous! And he was rude with me when I said that's a little steep

Went here to get an alignment. I dropped off my car, and later on I received a call from Hank saying that an alignment wouldn't be possible because I had rotted threads, and that I needed new tie rods. I was charged to be told that they couldn't do the alignment. I took the car to another shop afterwards to get these issues checked out, where I was told that there was nothing rotted and no tie rods needed to be replaced, and that my car just needed an alignment. This shop ended up getting the alignment done for me.

I'm not sure what issues Hank had with doing this alignment for me, but it wasted a lot of my time and money for no reason.

He is terrible and will try to make a quick buck I wouldn't be surprised to see him go under sorry for bad review hank but your poor service brought it on

I have been going to Hank for over 10 years because of his thoroughness. The other day, he pulled out a small nail out of my tire for me when was in having the oil changed. I was surprised he even spotted it but glad he did because it would have eventually punctured the tire if I kept driving on it. Hank doesn't try to upsell you but he will point out preventative measures you can take to avoid more costly repairs in the future which is important to me since I drive about 40,000km/year. I would recommend Hank if service and safety are more important to you than the cheapest price.

Went and had winter tires put on and hank was fully booked but was able to squeeze me in and even told me my velve stems were garbage 3 shops said nothing in the years I took my car to them. Hank pointed it out right away will be back
