TERRIBLE school pictures. Two years in a row they’ve managed to ruin pictures by having shadows from glasses.
I paid extra money both years to have them retouched. Last years retouch was very unprofessional looking and this year, when I finally got the pictures, it wasn’t even done. My kid looks like he’s crying mascara down his eyes.
I’ve emailed with absolutely NO response back. Do not recommend

Tell me why you guys are telling high school students to “suck their stomachs in” to the woman who said this to numerous young girls I hope you loose your job. (Was today at leo hayes highschool picture day)

$140 a day pay for their school photographer. I wonder how much money they profit from this program.

Passport photos done here recently. Very friendly and offer photo or digital. I tried as my experience elsewhere, like the Superstore, photos were rejected by the passport office. My returned, rejected photo at the Superstore was placed on a stack of dozens. We'll see how Harvey's does, I was given several referrals to go here.

I had some photos printed, and they did a beautiful job of getting everything together for me. Very helpful and lovely folks.

Went for a passport photo. The guy took one photo with no warning and walked away to print. I didn't get to review it and i look terrible in in, then he argued with me about why i should get extra copies.

Yeah it was fast, but it's wasn't exactly cheap, the service was terrible and the photo is awful.

Your school pictures completely ruin my self confidence my head is so tilted I look like I have scoliosis.me and all my friends are crooked because the photographers kept telling us to tilt our heads more

The guy is very greedy. Unprofessional, uneducated, senseless even the guy was rude to his own staff. Everyone not visit to this place.

We had amazing service from Harvey Studios. We created a picture book for one of our long time foster children who is being adopted. The studio originally said that it could be 2 weeks because the printer had Covid and they were into yearbook season but then they worked some magic and created the book that same day. We could not have asked for anything more than the wonderful service they provided.

On est allé pour la photo de passeport de notre fils. La personne a refusé de la faire car elle le trouvait trop jeune pour faire une photo d'identité. On est allé chez shopper qui nous la très bien faite.

Edit: The first time I went in nobody who worked there acknowledged my existence, no hello or a head nod, but I left it out of the review because there were a few people there besides me, but I went in yesterday and no one said anything to me for 5 minutes until I actually brought over something to purchase, and I was the only person there besides the two employees.

Went for a passport photo. Walk in. It was a 5-10 minute visit. Fast. Polite. The photos were good quality and not a terrible price.

Awful passport photo for my 8 years old daughter. I was shocked when I saw this blue -greyish "masterpiece". We were rejected to get a refund. I don't recommend this photo studio.

Had an excellent experience. Friendly and knowledgable staff easily helped me find what I was looking for, and knew exactly what it would be like, and everything I needed to know. If you are in the fredericton area and have even a slight interest in photography, definitely come down and chat with the staff!

Bad experience with my 5 year old son's passport photo. They stamped the wrong year on the back of the passport photo. I didn't realize until the Passport Office called and told me the pictures were invalid.

When I went back to Harveys a few weeks later, they were initially refusing to retake the picture. They eventually conceded due to it being a slow day. I had to pull up a bank statement to prove I wasn't lying about the $20 purchase. Since it was their mistake, I was surprised to get that much pushback over such a small purchase. Too bad, I'd like to support a local business.

Got my passport photos clicked last week and the photos are of a very bad quality and super blurry. This is super disappointing since I have usually received recommendations for this place. My Iphone 11 clicks way better than their professional camera. Paid $35 for 4 super blurry and low quality photos.

Got film needing developed go here. They are always willing to help you also they have great selections for package options a many other photo accessories for your camera sauvee family n friends

Recommended for portraits and passport pictures if you want to be 100% your picture isn't turned away.

The first time I visited the store, I noticed they had almost no Canon DSLR equipment. The second time I visited, I wanted images printed and custom cropped to fit some frames I had already bought, and the guy told me they couldn't do that, then he told me that it would take too much time. When I offered to pay for the time if they would only print to the sizes I needed, they refused (which never was a problem at my old photography store, so I don't know how they couldn't do it here). The third time I visited I was looking to handle a Nikon D750 to see how it would fit in my hands. When I asked the lady at the counter if they carried one, she replied "Oh gosh, you have a camera question!? I can't help you there. I have no idea. " I didn't realize asking about a camera in a camera store was such a big deal. Anyways, they didn't have any higher-grade Nikon cameras to look at. So what am I left with?
In a city with two Universities, an active arts school and a large photography community, the fact that the only photography store around doesn't even carry any professional equipment baffles me. I'd gladly give Harvey's my business if they'd give me an opportunity to do so. As it is, there's almost nothing in the store I am interested in and every time I enter, I just leave empty-handed.
