Stop in for lunch (it had been years since eating here).
Ordered the Angus burger with the pickle pickle poutine.

Service was fine, the person doing the cash, also did the food and used the same gloves to touch cash and the food (did that with 3 different groups)

Food was good, the burger was good, the poutine did not have alot of flavor.

The atmosphere was fine as long as you did not look up or down, all the air ducts had the paint flaking off and weird white powder spots on it and the chair/table legs were rusted (almost like the whole place had a humidity issue)

Over all, not a horrible place, but will probably go somewhere else next time

But also the place was super busy and overall people seem pleased

Best burger in town, great sauces and the service is excellent, I will definitely be back many times

Ever since the new staff was hired it has been nothing but amazing. The food is cooked to order so always made fresh. I will continue to go to this location whenever I can!

We love Harvey's on Mountain Rd, the late night crew provides excellent service and great food! A regular stop for us. Keep it up!

We stopped for breakfast via the drive thru. We were really impressed with the way the young man took our order and showed patience & understanding. He was articulate and friendly. Our food was served quick and hot.

Nice n welcoming staff. Always check with the customers, if they had order or need any help. Fast services. Always serve fresh and warm food. Of course, I’ll go there again.

Simply below medium quality burgers. Cold patty, and not properly heated soggy buns. Dissatisfied with food quality. What all the staff doing there if the only thing people coming there for is not done properly? Big question.

The meat wasn't good the lettuce greasy and the tomatoes old.the fries were kind of good but not really the way it supposed to be.no Canadian worker only guys from India which you hardly can understand. I didn't enjoy it at all.it was way better a few years ago.to bad but we won't go there again.never again.

Tried the buffalo chicken burger with my usual choice of burger stuff and honestly, just get the beef burger or whatever you usually order instead.it's not that good.the cashier today is a little stingy, didn't put in as much olives and pickles as the last time i came here, when there was a different person monitoring the front.somehow he squashed a part of the burger bun, too.

I visited this location at 6.30 pm and the talk to the manger as it was talking to long to order and the person taking the order was rude in behavior. The manger had consumed alcohol as pungent smell was coming from his breath.not visiting this location for sure.

I loved this place for a long time, but I got food poisoning on my last visit. When I was talking to the cashier about my order, he was also very rude. It was good before, but I don't think I can go back now.

Fraud alert bank is involved now.how does anyone in this store find their way to work? I ordered food have confirmation from my bank address and postal code for the order, but store employees swear they don't have a location at 1521 mountain road so theyre in the business of taking money.manager was supposed to call abck in 20 min been hour an half

Drive through worker doesn’t change his gloves after handling money and goes to prepare your burger with those same contaminated gloves. Absolutely disgusting.

My recent visit to Harvey’s drive-thru was marred by a frustrating language barrier. The server spoke to me in Hindi, a language I don’t understand, which made the entire experience unpleasant. Right from the start, the server’s lack of a proper greeting and apparent eagerness to rush through their shift left a negative impression on me.

It's exactly what you would expect from any Harvey's - good but not phenomenal fast food.
