Every time I visited the cashier was kind and made sure I got the best possible deal on what I ordered. The team behind the counter looked like they have a great dynamic each time. The order was fulfilled fast and always more than satisfactory. 10/10 will go there again

The cashier was incredibly nice and the service was top notch. They went out of their way to ensure we were able to save money when we ordered a burger and poutine by making it a combo. Not every fast food restaurant will do this and it showed they go above and beyond in their service. 10/10, will keep coming back.

Visiting them after 10months or so. They still maintain good taste. Picke fries are the best.

They have improved on the onion rings, they are pretty good this time.

The only change I have noticed is that, they do not have Dine-in post 9pm. If you go after 9pm you have to order through the drive thru.

Drive through is open as per what's shown in the maps timings.

I personally prefer to dine in my food.

After they messed up the costomer before be the young man at the counter didn't apologize but instead told her that she didn't have to come here.she pointed out his poor costomer service to which he responded "everyone thinks your worse". The 6 people behind me in line were all commenting how rude that was. Personally I'll never return here if that is how they treat people. Harvey's shame on you and your staff.

One staff member was snobby and rude. Me and my daughter went in and used a coupon and he laughed about it out back with other staff. Don't know if he knew that we could hear it or not but was quite rude. Will not be going back to this location unfortunately.

Last night I had to wait 25 minutes for only deep fried pickles, there was a car ahead of me that was waiting for their order, when I got up to the window they had mine all ready and as expected they were cold, furthermore they gave me 3 and a little pebble, they also tasted very freezer burnt, I come here often and they have never tasted like that. Overall not a good experience and most likely will not be back.

I love Harvey’s and the staff were so kind! I was on crutches and they helped me bring my order to car. Great food great service

I got deep fried pickles, onion rings, and a veggie burger.didn't like the burger I didn't eat but the bun was good.great service!

Really friendly staff that are knowledgeable and make good recommendations. The restaurant was in pristine condition and the food was the best fast food I ever had.

Great all around fast food restaurant. Service is amazing, full stop. I'm glad due to the change in management, you have dropped the mask nonsense. It's wonderful to see smiles.

We came to Harvey's while on vacation one night with our 3 kids. Everything was exceptional as far as service. My two year old spilled his drink on the floor and they happily cleaned it up. Also, as I was leaving the supervisor/ manager asked us how our food was and even offered a refill. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is because we wanted to swap fries for onion rings in one of my kids meals and they offered no solution. My 4 year old was upset so we decided to pay the extra $2.50 to get a adult meal. This is likely Harvey's chains fault and not this individual restaurant. A 4 star nonetheless.

Best fast food burger chain so its already good, but this location is great.nice staff, sometimes a little slow but they always get it right.love harveys

Steve was such a lovely employee! He was super kind and helpful! He helped carry over drinks to my elderly grandmother & even helped hold doors for other customers in need! Great guy going above and beyond his Harvey’s responsibilities!

The food is great but.wow. Slowest drive thru.waited 15 minutes before order was taken, and an additional 10 minutes for food to be ready. At least 4 cars pulled out from behind me and in front of the drive thru to change their mind when the line did not move.
They must be very understaffed.

Placed a mobile order and waited nearly 5 minutes at the speaker before even being acknowledged (after saying hello more than once) ended up waiting 15 minutes total, only to receive cold food and was told i should have been on time if i wanted to get my food hot, (I was) i stop here often as it is convenient but will be going elsewhere in future.

Food was good but 10 hours later I got intense stomach pains and nausea. Very likely I got food poisoning here

Nice change, the service is amazing, the employee was polite, nice and very attentive/helpful
