The people there were so polite and know how to run a restaurant. I was very impressed and would 100% go again and again. Everyone i was with was very happy, great job guys

I came into the building and was greeted with a smile they staff seemed to friendly and having a good time laughing and enjoying their work environment the service was fast and and met my expectations I had a wonderful time with my wife and a clean booth

Great Staff. Fresh Product. Good cupon values if you can get them. Clean location. Kind of a weird traffic flow around the area. Approach from the south to avoid the concrete road divider. But most of all GREAT STAFF! Enjoyed my visit and meal. Best value for money IMO.

Fries were set up on counter with drinks about 10 minutes before the burgers were ready. It took quite awhile for burgers to be done. Then when we went to eat them, they were burnt. Only 2 kinds of salad dressing available. Place was filthy! Packages of ketchup were all sticky! Gross! Won’t be returning! …it was nice of you to reply & invite me to visit a link that didn’t work!

Great service and food. They don't let bikes inside nor do they have bike racks despite bikes having been stolen on the property. Would be nice to have a couple tables outside too

I love Harvey’s food. However, at this location the workers are absolutely terrible. You order online and pay and it says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes so you go and get there and the workers are standing around doing nothing, while the foods not even started. And to top it all off you try and let them know you’re here for mobile order and they do not even look at you because they’re so lazy they don’t want to do work. Sorry to inform you but the reason people order online at a place LIKE HARVEYS is so you don’t have to wait and go through the process of telling them how you want your food made. The food should be ready when you get there, no questions asked. Fix your staff. There is no excuse to consistence inappropriate service like this.

Lunch rush. 20 mins from time of entery to time of getting burger. No longer a viable lunch option unless you are retired.

Came for poutine and milkshakes on September 7th around 7: 30 and the customer service in the drive through was excellent!

Didn't order and would never order until changes occur.

Waited in second position and first position for about 10 minutes, enough time to watch the guy who does the BBQ'ing and works the cash. This man didn't wear any gloves and there was no visible evidence that he watched his hands at any point between touching the raw meat, the cooked and bun placed burgers and the cash register. I walked away without ordering and went to KFC. Harvey's is great restaurant, but this dude needs training in food preparation and cleanliness. This is unacceptable.

I typically don’t give five stars to fast food restaurants, but I got a fresh burger made the way I asked, and the fellow at the service window was super friendly and thoughtful. What I was quite pleased about from the man at the window was he was very concerned about making sure I had napkins, and that my order was satisfactory. He seemed rather new, but it was refreshing to be thought about as a special customer. I decided to eat my burger and onion rings in the parking lot and it was very tasty. I didn’t eat the whole thing, but every bite that I had was worthy of another visit at this location.

A life saver in Fredericton amidst a slew of mediocre restaurants. The buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing. The people manning the place were friendly.

This place is a dump. I have gone here my whole life and wow has it ever went down hill. I highly recommend staying away. Staff are rude, everything is dirty. The toppings on display for your burgers are brown and saugy. I wouldn't serve this to my dog

Harvey's is one of our favorite restaurants. While the food is always hot and delicious, this restaurant has a problem with cleanliness. I'm sure this is temporary, hopefully.
