We took our car to Hatfield’s Auto thinking we would save a few dollars on a windshield replacement. Big mistake. It leaked within days and the water messed up the car computer system requiring our car to be towed to the dealership for a week while they figured out what was wrong. This was a major inconvenience for us -two trips to the dealership, taxis, bus rides, walks in the cold, tow truck. Although they reinstalled the windshield to fix the leak and paid the $460 to the dealer, this didn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience and stress.
