Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saint John Harbour Side, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here for one night for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Everything was great! Anthony at the front desk had amazing customer service. He really made us feel welcome-right from the first phone call at booking to check out. It was definitely the best front desk service I have ever had. The pool and hot tub were great. They even threw in some balls when they saw us swimming with the kids! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

We were glad we chose this place after a long drive. We received a warm reception. The pool and spa were great. Hot breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located. Ample parking available on premise.

It's always a good rest and a good time. Well located, view of the harbour, cozy rooms, great variety for morning breakfast. The staff is professional and discreet. Nice grass patch for the dogs to play or just lay in the sun while enjoying a beer on their patio chairs.
I always go back there over the years.

Location was convenient, as long as you have a car.rooms were spacious and clean, loved their option to skip room keeping if not needed.the amenities were upkept well and the team was very friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Express Saint John was perfect! Beautiful and spacious rooms with comfortable beds + sheets with a good washroom too! Location of the hotel was great and not too far from tourist attractions like the Reversed Falls. Service was amazing! Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Anthony at the front desk helped us so much to find more information and attractions for Saint John and truly was just a great person to meet and we really appreciated his help!

When we booked from Toronto to come here Brandon Cook, the lobby manager was very good and gave us excellent service. Upon arriving he was very helpful with a lot of information to give us. John & Anthony at the front desk were informative and guided us in all the site seeing places.
Excellent & delicious breakfast service.
We always had a problem entering into our room with the key. We brought this to the notice of Sadie, house keeping and she said she would tell maintenance to get this resolved. She was courteous. Unfortunately, we’ve been here 3 nights and this is repeatedly happening. Our family was exhausted after a whole days journey and both our rooms would not give us access to enter in. I hope the management gets this resolved.

The rooms were clean and the bedding was really nice. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was great! People at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The location wasn't very pretty, but it was a short drive to the downtown centre.

I thought this hotel was actually decent! Don't let the outside fool you! The breakfast is always a big hit with me, and they keep it open until 930, which was so nice! The only reason I give the rooms a 4 instead of a 5 is bc the bathroom does not have a vent for when you shower, so there are a few mold spots on the ceiling, also the chargers don't work that well, they are really slow but I will say that the rooms themselves were comfy and clean and the cleaning lady would always ask if we needed anything if she saw us come out of our room for the day, which I thought was sweet. Thank you for a nice stay overall, though!

We have stayed at a few IHGs across North America and this one in St. John, NB was the cleanest one we stayed in with the nicest pool area.

Clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was fully equipped with Dove products which was a welcome bonus. Staff friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Ample on site parking

The nicest Holiday Inn we've stayed in over the past number of years! Clean, well kept, and a great staff that welcomed us and our pooch. Anthony at the front desk was not only very pleasant, but also a great tour guide for both local and regional sites.

Only gave it a 3 star rating because I checked in, without cable all night, never got to see any television at all. Still.was NJnot on come morning. But service at the desk with Brandon was terrific

The location is very good but sometimes confusing to get to the car entrance.
Rooms are perfect, but the receptionist was not friendly.
The whole experience is excellent.
