Excellent customer service and showroom. I was pleasantly surprised in the all the commercial products available and at such great prices!

I purchased an industrial dishwasher from ifood and I was assured that it would heat the water up to Public Healths sanitation standards. I had my Public Health inspection and was informed by the inspector that it didn’t meet their standards. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and have so far been ignored. When i originally purchased this dishwasher I was told that I would receive a phone call to arrange for delivery. I would have to organize installation so it was important for me to plan this out properly. The dishwasher was delivered with out any call and the delivery people left it in front of my fridge and stand up freezer which made my kitchen unusable until they came back and picked it up. Then I was ignored concerning further delivery. I would never purchase from this company again.

Think twice before buying anything from this company. They don’t care about the customer and the service provide is the worst that I have already seen. The only focus is on selling the product and forget the customer after that. I have bought an oven and a proofer and after the oven was manufactured and I have payed I have discovered that they didn’t delivery on the ground and I should provide all the stuff to receive the oven. Additionally I discovered from the manufacturer that I must needed a dock to receive it even they knowing that I did not have before I bought the equipment. The only support that I received from them was that I must arrange a way to receive the equipments because i was causing problems to the transportation conpany. They are not transparent and don’t care about customers.
