Best place in town to get a Cinnabon creeper. Staff is attentive and the dining was pleasant.

Outstanding service from Anastasia. Food is great as always. We are regulars here and enjoy the food. Denise was our server this time and she was wonderful.

I was impressed with this place. Really nice menu and good service. It’s a little difficult to find the road in, but that’s not their fault.

I was here yesterday with my mother, aunt and grandmother. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! That was the best breakfast I've ever had.the coffee was really good too! Wonderful service as well! I'll definitely be returning! Thank you!

We had 3 separate people bring our food, they all looked cranky and like they had better places to be. The fruit bowl was the saddest dish of 6 pieces of honeydew, half a sliced strawberry and 5 grapes. The bacon jam on the eggs Benedict was good at least. Definitely not worth the 30 dollars for breakfast.

Super slow service and high prices for breakfast food. US company ripping off Canadians as usual with an inferior experience to that which they would give their own.

Service was slow. Don't know if that's the norm or a bad day. An hour to get our meal.

Worse IHop I have been. My crepes were floating in a strawberry glaze. Pancake were dry, butter tasted old. Only good thing was cookies and cream milk shake. I was disappointed compared to other IHOP I have been in Ontario and United States.

Had an experience with an IHOP in the states a few years back on vacation and enjoyed it so we were happy to see one on this trip to another province!
Our daughter is the pancake and breakfast queen, so she was over the moon excited to go here and reminisce her last experience!
Happy to see REALLY GOOD gluten free options on the menu as well!

We've travel across Canada and are in many restaurants. This was the meals we had in a family restaurant. Ive ordered the crispy chicken with steam broccoli. The chicken breast was juicy and tender. My wife's waffles was delicious. Service was great too. Never expected this for a chain restaurant. A pleasant surprise!

Excellent service, especially as the server appeared to be on his own (other than kitchen staff). The restaurant and restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, including accessible parking spaces. The food was good, we just had crêpes this time but will likely try something savoury next time we're in the area.

Good service but got the impression they were under staffed this morning as there were lots of empty seats yet we were waiting in line which was fine and one of the staff members even started up a wait list again all fine and understandable especially if they were indeed missing staff this morning, it happens and they have to make do and move forward. More importantly however our waitress was on point and there was hardly any wait time from when we were seated to ordering and our food showing up! 4 stars for sure! Very nice service and the food was hot and yummy! Only 4 stars cause I was really looking forward to pancakes but there was no milk-free (lactose free) option.

Worst lunch ever, 3 meals sent back because not cooked (if i want raw broccoli I will stay home and eat out of the garden) these people don't know how to do anything but pancakes

Maybe put up a sign that coloured people will be treated coldly here. Service was top notch when this place first opened. I returned here after being away for a few years. Sadly, it has gone down here. Food is fine. Service not so much. Server was pushy in regards to finishing our food. Just tell us to leave if you don't want to serve us.

Literally the worst meal we have had since moving from BC. We waited 30 min to get our drinks, and then the eggs were raw, the hashbrowns were rock hard, and the French toast was disgusting. We were told " it's busy". There were 3 other groups when we arrived. Being busy is not an excuse for poor food. I do understand the employees are probably getting paid a measly wage, so why would they care?

Waited about 5 to 10 mins before we were seated wasn't busy at all. Hashbrowns that we received were underseasoned and tasted like oil. Milkshakes were actually really good I will recommend getting one.

I asked for a well done steak because I never get a medium well done right…it came to me medium rare. My pancakes were to cold to melt the butter, my eggs were cold, I didn’t eat my meal. Very disappointed…they did comp the meal, which since I didn’t eat it seems right. Took an hour to get the meal and we didn’t have time to wait for it to be redone.

We came here for Father's Day brunch and let me tell you, the service was amazing.
Our server was well trained, knowledgeable and very polite. (Not robot like)
The food portions were very good for the price and it tasted delicious, place was clean.
I'm definitely coming back here!

Overall a good restaurant. Food is what you'd expect from a chain restaurant, except with a greater focus on pancakes than on the typical burger and fries. The staff are friendly. I'll be back.

I’m not usually picky but this was some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even more than a couple bites of my cheesecake pancakes scrambled eggs were ice cold and hash brown loaf was just nasty lol. Server was super nice though

The oil they use leaves a weird taste on all the food, it's overpowering. The pieces of ham were tiny. Toast costs 4$ extra, not sure what all the hype is about but will be our first and last time.

Food was ok, but not worth the price. And there are no vegan options. Took awhile to get food and later the bill, even though it wasn't very busy.

Not a good place to eat it's like purgatory and they don't serve alcohol also the drive way in there was confusing as hell. As soon as we sat down it was like sitting in the twilight zone empty and depressing to say the least might as well go up the road and spend your money at Angie's.

My mother and i just had an amazing breakfast with amazing service thanks to Danielle in Moncton! This was our first time eating it any ihop and we couldnt have asked for a better first experience. You rock Danielle!

Waiter left so we can think of what we wanted and left us waiting for 30 minutes. I know their busy but this is ridiculous

I went to IHOP on Friday April 8th for breakfast with a friend. From start to finish everything was incredible! We had Danielle as our server, who has been there since they opened, and she was amazing! I ordered the Big Steak omelette which the steak was perfect, it was tasty and very tender. The omellete was huge and quite possibly the best omelette I've ever had! My friend ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette and a stack of banana pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream on top. Although we were both super uncomfortable when we left for being so full, we finished every last bite! I can't wait to try the one in Halifax now, as that's where I live. Thank you again Danielle!

Restaurant wasn’t busy and asked for my name and phone number. Odd since their wasn’t a wait list (i asked) Sat down and looked at the menu for almost 10 mins before my server came by and took my order. Waiting almost 15-20 for my food which was perfect spaced out and the plate looked empty. Did not see a server asking how my food was until i was putting the last bite in my mouth. Was very prompt when i asked for the bill, but walked away and took another tables order while i was paying. Again it was not busy and they had like 6 servers standing at the door. Not worth the Hype.

It was busy, so there was a bit of a wait time both to get in the restaurant, and for the food. Although there was nothing wrong with the food or service, it's just that it was really nothing special, and in my opinion was very over priced. A basic sausage, egg, hashbrown, and pancake breakfast is about double what it should be.

Only one waitress, on Fat Tuesday; the day of the year when pancakes sell the most! Also, were told, only ONE cook was on duty. After the LONG wait for the food, must say, the food was great, well, except for the not-cooked-enough hashbrowns

My husband and I were excited to eat here but our experience wasn't enjoyable. When we arrived there wasn't many customers and our wait time for food was 45mins. My husband ordered the ham/cheese omelet with no veggies or onions. When it arrived it had onions and you can clearly noticed that they wiped the sour cream off. We let our waitress know and she kindly brought it back to the kitchen and within 5 mins we had a new omelet. I order the strawberry cheese cake pancake combo with eggs, bacon and hashbrown. My pancakes were wrong but continued to eat and then notice there was hair in my food I am not a person to complain or write reviews but this just did it. The waitress passed by and I told her this wasnt the pancakes I ordered and there was hair in it too. She apologized and brought me my correct order at this point I am disgusted and not I the mood to eat and she notices. She told us that she talked to the kitchen and her manager about what happen and they did offer us 50% off our purchase. I am still not satisfied and hope it doesnt happen again with other customers. We are definitely not returning here in the future.

Was a little overwhelmed in the beginning with the menu. So many choices (huge menu). Decided on steak omelet.it was delish. Will definately be back.

Service was friendly and quick, food is good and typical of what you expect at IHOP. Still new so there can be a wait at times. They say they will have take out and delivery (through Skip the Dishes) in a couple of months.

We went into the restaurant for the first time and sat down but when viewing the menu we found shrimp on the deep fried menu I asked if that was cooked in the same fryer as everything else which they replyed it was so we had to leave as my wife is deathly allergic to shellfish, in this day and age restaurants need to practice proper cross contamination prevention they have no warnings about this anywhere I had to ask to find out if we had of ordered even the hashbrowns my wife would have had a severe allergic reaction and we wouldn't of known why. This is a warning to anyone allergic to shellfish or seafood ihop is not allergy friendly

Great customer service and food! Our waitress was amazing and lively, even during a busy rush. Slight wait but that's completely understandable! Great all around, hope to see more open up around the Maritimes!

Big lineup on Saturday morning. Staff well organized. Waited about 30 min to get a seat. Breakfast was good and came in a reasonable time considering how busy they were.
