I am surprised to see negative feedback. I have been dealing with them for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. Fast, friendly and courteous service. Five star service. Other couriers could learn much from those company.

I had a late package by a week, I get it. Delays happen. When finally out for delivery, my package ended up on the middle of the road, a civilian found it. Posted my personal information on Facebook to try and return it. She told me it was left lying on the road.

(I wasn't happy my private info was out there but I was contacted quickly by a peer and claimed the package myself. Happy to see decent people in our town.)

After coming home and checking my surveillance cameras. I found that the delivery driver still took the time to stop at my home, come up to my stairs and snap a photo that he had delivered my package, hopped in his vehicle and left. AFTER my package was found and posted online. What disappoints is the lack of accountability by the driver. It wasn't an expensive package by any means, but do they expect me not to complain about this? Is this what people can expect with the holidays coming?

These drivers consistently ignore the clearly posted sign on the garage door telling them not to leave parcels there. They won't walk 15 feet to the front door. Very unprofessional.

I was enjoying my latte and my package arrived on Labour Day a stat holiday. A day people should be at home with their family. My package could have waited till the next day.

Overall my package came to my door the day it showed on the website. It was in a box packaged nicely. It was placed off to the side which was nice. Thank you.

They have this nice system that when they leave stuff on our doorstep, they upload a picture. And they read our feedbacks about the services and respond. There are times that they miss deliveries etc. But overall they are good.

Great service, they are the only company that actually delivered my parcel to the correct address. Thank you

The company sends out an email in which the customer can write specific delivery instructions, for some reason they never follow them.
Drivers ring and leave, upsetting the entire house when there's no reason for it.
This company is horrible and thier customer service reps are just as worse!

I have been ordering from amazon for yrs n always received my packages at my door on time.maybe a few times its been one day late but not often n i get notifications in email.intelcom great job!

Delivery instructions are rarely followed, packages are left unsecured on a public sidewalk. Multiple complaints made to both Intelcom and Amazon after numerous packages have been stolen. How hard is it to follow the instructions entered into your own system when a package gets scanned into your own system?

Thanks for the reply guys, unfortunately, I had emailed this complaint in, and copied Amazon, asking to make a formal complaint, I was met with a simple "well, did you get your package? " from your team, and was just brushed off from there.

My parcel was to arrive on Sunday and didn’t come so was rescheduled for Monday and didn’t come so got rescheduled again for today and it didn’t come. I called and was told it didn’t come Sunday because if bad weather. Well Sunday was a beautiful day and no bad weather. Got told today that our road was icy. So I told them that we and others who live here were in and out all day and the road had sand on it and it wasn’t icy at all. The last parcel was thrown in a snow bank at the end of our driveway. Not happy with this service. And they never ring the or knock anytime. I am hoping it comes tomorrow.

I’ve never had an issue with packages being delivered. However, I had to make a return and it was a mess. The website is vague with its options. I requested to put in a later pickup date which was denied? I received an email in the morning stating that the package will be picked up by a driver sometime between 8am and 9pm. I did not receive a notification that the driver was in my area/on the way. He showed up and just stood on my front deck. I have no idea how long he was standing there. I opened the door and he said nothing- I had to ask what he was there for. I then asked if I was supposed to receive some sort of notification that he was there and he said that I got an email saying he would be there sometime within those 12 hours. I’m fine with not having an exact pickup time, but a heads up would have been nice.

I received an email 3 hours after pickup that someone was on the way. I called their call center to and was told someone would look into it, haven't heard back. Definitely will not be using this service again.

I cannot tell you how many times they pick up a parcel from Amazon and it "gets lost" This happens in Fredericton so there must be a reason things get "lost". When you wait on the phone for 30 min+ and give the tracking number it does not exist. This is a black hole not a delivery service!

This company is terrible, you actually have to pay out money to get a job driving for them and the wage they state is FAR from what they actually pay their drivers.

They were great when we were in Hanwell but constantly deliver to the wrong address since we moved to the Harvey area. We've had to stop using Amazon altogether.

Bare minimum effort. Amazon delivery instructions lists the location as a business open Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, yet they still attempt to deliver on the weekend, will leave parcels at the door without ringing bell.

This is entirely why I have parcels delivered to our office and not my home. This business is run by clowns.

Excellent! This driver took a few extra steps to bring our parcels inside the garage. He could have left them at the front door, which is sheltered, but he ensured that they were both sheltered, and not seen from the road. Well done!

This is the 2nd day and still waiting for my packages and it said that they were unable to deliver them. I am home. Over an hour on hold and nobody answered. I can't rate them. Horrible service.
Two times they delivered my packages to my next door neighbours' door. Didn't like going to my next door neighbours' place to get my packages. Waited on phone for 30 minutes and nothing.

The driver who dropped off my order today was super sweet. After ringing my bell I came out as he was getting in his Van, he waved at me and smiled. He literally made my day. Thank you so much.

Excellent service even came 2 days early so excited to try out the new mountain can on my thundercat thanks intelcom

This company delivers in a fast a timely manner my item showed up 3 days before estimated delivery date thanks

As usual, when expecting package to be delivered from this courier, it was a whole lot of wasted time. Delivery instructions obviously not read as they returned the package to the warehouse. After a phone call, I was assured that they would drop it before end of the driver's shift. That did not happen so I sat at work all day on my day off (Family day) for nothing. Here we are on day 2 and STILL no package. So after sitting at work for 2 hours after closing, I'm told they'll "attempt again tomorrow". I hate when Amazon chooses this courier. It's always a mess-around.

Always quick to pickup package and deliver then even before the estimated date. Wish they would be doing all my deliveries lol! Cheers

The package arrived before the estimated arrival time. The driver rang the bell to indicate the pkg.is at the door.

Very reliable delivery service. Today I coincidently met the delivery agent; a very courteous young man. 5 stars all the way!

I've had 2 packages delivered by Intelcom, No complaints. Good updates and pictures to show where your package was left. 5/5

Probably the only good home delivery company in the area, I dealt with a lot of different service and this is the most accurate and transparent when come for tracking package.

The Driver delivered to the wrong side of the house and actually knocked on the door. I asked him to bring the package around to the other side of the house (door is tied shut). He did so gladly. I sincerly hope Amamzon will use this service more.

Hello I initially noted that I saw the box by the mailbox and not my front door. I wish to correct my statement by I only saw the first photo. I apologize.
Please make sure you add the first photo as the one which was delivered at the door and any other photos after. Please do knock on the door. No doorbell ringing please.

Delivered as requested. I have a covering over my front door, and a child who naps mid day and a dog that barks at the door and wakes him up. I asked for front door and not to knock and this is exactly what I got

No matter how many orders they deliver and how many times I give specific shipping instructions they ignore them and do what they want. Worst courier service in the city

Terrible customer service. Agents hang up on you. Driver's NEVER find the address. I call every week and they say they fixed the issue but NEVER fix it. EVERY week same thing happens again. This company wastes my time and money!

Delivery was earlier then originally stated but I was updated twice plus the "out for delivery" notice, Driver/delivery guy was great.

Last year we had many parcels from Amazon to be delivered to our cottage about an hour away from our capital city. Almost without exception they were a day or two later that Amazon said it would be. This current spring season they have been excellent. Every parcel has been delivered as promised and earlier in the day as well.

Outstanding delivery company. I order a lot from Amazon and this is the only delivery service that consistently calls/intercoms me, waits for me to arrive n the lobby and is personable and courteous. I wish Amazon would let me choose this company for all my deliveries.

The package was empty and the side was cut completely open, the package was not moved between the delivery drivers photo of the package being delivered, this makes me strongly suspect the delivery driver was involved however its possible they just didnt notice. Be wary with these delivery confirmation photos and try to be home when the delivery happens.

Perfect. He knocked on my door to get my attention - placed the parcel on my step within reach of my door. Kept at a very safe distance. On time. Excellent service.

They send an email when the package is close and after they deliver with a photo of where they left it. I immediately know when my package arrives whether I'm home or not. Usually very fast, deliver on Saturday and on time even though we live quite rural.
