Stupidest drivers in the world. They throw packages. They do not know what "deliver to back door " means.

Always delivers to the front of my door which is located inside a house and up a set of stairs to a single door. 9.5/10 times every package makes it to my door. Highly recommend this company for deliverys.

So this is extreme frustrating this is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd call that I had an issue with Intelcom and our Amazon packages. I am not sure if it's the driver or what but I had our packages sent to the wrong address. We have also had a few weeks ago someone else package sent to our address while my package was on there truck. This is extreme frustrating as I am not sure what is going on with our packages.

I asked to talk to a supervisor about this issue and there was none to talk to for 24 hours. I called Amazon and did complain about this and was advised that they will deal with this. If we could pick another company we would to get our packages sent to use.

Received a package today. The package had been opened with a knife and item was stolen from the amazon envelope. There was a two-minute time delay between driver delivering and me checking the package. Extremely disappointing.

Every package is delivered on time and right to my door. Its great cause I don't have to go looking for it, like I sometimes have to with other couriers.

As always great guy who delivered, he tried to make the delivery earlier and I was not home and my phone was in the car. So a few hours later he buzzed again and I was home. Very nice man. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Yesterday I received a message that my package had been delivered. I hardly consider leaving my package at the end of a long driveway a proper delivery. We had several cars up and down my driveway today and the Intelcom driver doesn't bother? !? !

I am not impressed. Usually I get great service from Intelcom! Please give me my usual delivery guy back!

Very professional guys that delivered and installed the item. We had a call to say they were on there way. The floor was covered where they were to carry out the installation and they were very quick and efficient. Thanks to them.

Right on my doorstep as soon as I opened my door could not get any closer excellent service Thank you!

It was really bad experience working with this company just because of one person. Corey always talks rude and make me realise that I am from different country. I hope company should give him some training how to talk with other employees, I am quite sure I am not the only one who faced the racism but my other friends have the same experience with Corey supervisor. He always humiliates other in front of everyone.

I always get excellent service from this courier. Special shout out to Corey: kind, courteous, and efficient - it's always a delight to see him in my neighbourhood!

Excellent. Didn't expect a delivery today because of the weather, but it was here at 8.30 a.m.

Awesome on my delivery today, it's only Tuesday, and expected delivery was Thursday, and the delivery guy was very courtesy.

One of the best delivery companies I experienced! Even if one day of delay happens occasionally, they will definitely deliver the next day!

Package sat for almost 3 days in facility before it was delivered according to their tracking information.
Then it was delivered the snowed-in front step instead of being put in the mailbox at the side door by the shovelled driveway. How does that make sense to the delivery driver?

This service is amazing, and prompt.

I've ordered many items on Amazon and receive via this company without issues in the past. However, I was disappointed when I received my Amazon package today with one item missing. It can be seen that the package was clearly ripped open and taped up.

I had my product delivered yesterday. The driver hit my front steps. Completely moving them! He acted like he didn’t do anything but I seen through my window! He passed me my product and said here you go. I said you just hit my front steps and said causally. Oh sorry about that. My driveway is very long and he literally had to turn his wheel to the left to hit the front steps. I honestly don’t know how he even did it for the life of me. I called intelcom the guy on the phone said I have to email and make a complaint, I asked what the email was. He gave me the wrong email so I called back and spoke to someone else. She sent me the form for PDI. I attempted 7 times to fill this out! And the link just keeps loading. It won’t allow me to. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a complaint when someone hits your property! I’m waiting for a phone call back today! If I even get one
Update - no response from anyone. Clearly it’s not going to be taken care of

Received a message from Amazon saying this company tried to deliver our packages but couldn't get to our home due to the construction with the bridge in Elgin. There is sufficient enough detour signs on the road 895 and 905 to guide drivers to their destination. I called them about this and the assigned driver that was supposed to bring our parcels decided to go home and try tomorrow. The person who took my complaint said there was no other drivers to bring the parcels today and they were "sorry". Horrible service and customer service.

You have the nicest delivery driver. In the whole world.

Today’s delivery was my second experience with this company. (Much better than the first.)
The currier called my cell phone and spoke clear English. I was not home but I told him to buzz my unit number in case my mother was home. She was not. I then suggested he buzz my neighbors unit as he could sign on my behalf. But he wasn’t home either. So I authorized him to leave the package at the front (unsecured) lobby at my own risk. He took a picture of the exact location which was partially hidden (good thinking on his part) and attached the image to the “package delivered” email. My mother later arrived and retrieved the package. Overall this experience was a winner.

Ordered 3 books, Sunday PM, received at my door, in the boonies*! Wednesday AM Not bad I would say.
