The receptionist was very nice. The doctor was through. She explained what she was testing for. It was a good experience. I would recommend this office to other people.

I got a pair of safety glasses here, staff was very friendly and able to answer all questions I had. Great deals and great service! Will be going again

My husband and I both had our eye exam and bought glasses form IRIS. We want to thank the staff and especially Lisa for her patience, her good sense of humour, her help in picking out our glasses, and for sharing all her knowledge in choosing the right glasses for our specific needs. I stopped at IRIS from out of town, and was unexpectedly treated with the utmost respect as I needed my glasses repaired. While I waited I noticed they had a great assortment of styles/frames. The staff was awesome while professional as we joked about life experiences. Highly recommend IRIS, and their staff for at least a visit, if you're in search of eyewear.

We always have a great experience! Great at answering all of our questions. My kids are at ease going which is huge for us. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable and never make you feel like they are occupied elsewhere. They truly care that you are looked after. Nice to have a business like that in town.

Emergency pop in on a Thursday evening because my daughter had lost the screw from her glasses earlier that day. We are from out of town and here for the weekend for my son’s hockey tournament. Pulled in 4 mins away from closing time and were not refused by a lovely woman whom had been working. Customer service goes along way these days and this was just that! Have family and friends whom live in Fredericton and I will 100% recommend IRIS.

Very thorough exam, pictures weren’t as clear as the Optometrist wanted so he redid them himself. Very impressed. Also enjoyed the frame selection process, customer service was top tier:)

I have been going to Iris since i was around 10 (back when it was Blanchard and Soitcher). I have to admit i was a little worried when Dr Blanchard and Dr Soitcher retired but I have continued to be extremely happy with the quality at this clinic. I now take my kids there and purchase all my glasses at Iris. The doctors are all kind and thorough, the front desk staff is amazing, and a BIG shout out to Lisa who is the glasses consultant extraordinaire!

Coolest way to get new glasses! After my exam with Dr. Lawson, I virtually "tried on" an assortment of glasses. Topology customizes my glasses so they will have a better fit than any pair that I have had before. Thanks to Lisa, and all of the staff at Iris for making this a fun experience. I can't wait to get the new glasses!

I was a patient of Dr. Soicher and mainly Dr. Blanchard's for years so when I found out Marisa retired, I was a bit hesitant to come back but Dr. Lawson was amazing to work with. He was extremely thorough with his exam and explained everything every step of the way. When it was time to pick out my new glasses, the women in the office were extremely helpful and supportive. They all took time out of their day to help me narrow down the perfect pair and then helped me get the best deal possible which was so appreciated. I have already recommended my coworkers to come here. They all are thoughtful, thorough, sweet and professional. Highly recommend Iris!

This was my first visit to see an optician. I chose Iris based on their reviews and I was happy with my choice. The receptionists and optician were very friendly and courteous. Mitchell was great in helping me choose the frames that were best for me and everything was explained well. Overall, it was a very good first experience and I would recommend Iris to anyone.

I am so pleased with this optometrist office. Everyone is very welcoming and I felt safe because of their well organized Covid-19 precautions. The staff seems to enjoy working there and they are all very knowledgable. They are all like a famile, yet very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Blanchard for 30 years. I have always had great service and my experience today picking out and buying my new glasses was exceptional. I have always bought my frames and contacts from them as well. They have great selection, top brands and competitive pricing, and I like being able to go in for an adjustment, and get that personalized service. Today when I went in to pick up frames for my old glasses that had broke but were covered under warranty (which was amazing) I wanted to "look" at new frames, and have been avoiding the change over from single vision to progressive lenses. After getting guided by Lina I bought a new pair of frames and lenses, and am positive I made the right choice, after being presented with all the available options. She really listened to me and showed me the options that best suited me and my current needs. She took special note of what I would be using the glasses for with regard to both the look and functionality I wanted. I felt like she took personal pride and ownership in me and wanted me to be thrilled with my glasses and that they would suit my needs perfectly. By asking clarifying questions and not making assumptions she exceeded my expectations and I am happy to recommend her to anyone shopping for glasses/frames. She was also very knowledgable about progressive lenses, various lens options, matching the right frame to the face andwhat's in style.
