This company has a reputation for exceptional customer service. I recently experienced it first hand. I had a question regarding a repair to my phone. Within a hour I received a call back from the owner, Jordan. He assured me that customer satisfaction was a guarantee. I took the phone back in and it was repaired, exactly as he said, no extra charge. This is how great service works. Highly recommended!

Walked in to get an estimate, the guy on the counter ordered parts and 2 days later my phone is fixed good as new, 0 issues and took only 2 hours to complete the repair.

Totally focused on customer service. I recently replace the battery in my iPhone 11. Smooth service so I suggested my son get his iPhone 8 battery replaced. He did but subsequently had an issue that caused his camera to shake when recording and also a pressure point on the screen.
Returned to the Oromocto location a few days later to get the issue fixed. No questions asked, they assessed the issue right away and promptly replaced the screen to ensure perfect performance. Issue resolved. I highly recommend Irvine Phone Repair for standing behind their promise. Fair prices, excellent customer service. 6 stars.

My iPad screen was badly cracked, so I took it in to Irvine Phone Repair and it was fixed within a few hours. It looks great! I would highly recommend!

I tried doing their job and replace my iPhone's battery but ended up damaging my LCD. They did a great job fixing it, seamless! And for a reasonable price. Very quick work! They repaired the LCD in one hour! The staff were super friendly as well. 10/10

Irvine phone repair has saved us countless times (mom of 4). Most recently, my laptop died right before a paper was due and although they weren’t able to fix it they connected me with someone who could and got me in that night! Jordan (the owner) is one of the kindest people I have ever met. If you want great service by great people this is the spot! 5 stars isn’t enough.

Very fast replacement of my hdmi port on my ps4. Got $40 off cause the soldering tech wasnt 100% satisfied with the job. My playstation has been through alot works great ty for the great job.

Had an issue with the volume and power buttons on my wifes cell phone. Thought it needed new part to fix it, turns out there was loose bits of something blocking the buttons from functioning properly even though the phone was quite new. They were able to send the parts back and only charged for cleaning the debris inside.

When your phone is the principal tool that enables you to do your work and you’re suddenly locked out of it…
We’ll let me tell you…my dear friend works as a realtor and found himself in this terrible predicament. I get a call on a Thursday…. Late afternoon…. Desperately seeking help. Having much experience with iPhones I figured I could help. We’ll I could only get so far. And he absolutely needed to have his phone for the next morning.
At this point I chose to give reliable Jordan…as I like to call him…a call asking for help.
Without any hesitation he tells me to direct my friend to his shop downtown and they’d help him. Now let’s remember it’s late in the day and past 5 by now.
It’s always nice to have the level of professionalism and customer service that was offered.
It’s not always found but always appreciated and never taken for granted.
This story has a very happy ending since my friend was able to have access to his phone once more.
I highly recommend anyone who needs the mobiles looked at to venture in their shop.

Went to get my hdmi replaced on my ps4 fixed got done fast same day but they forgot to reconnect the power supply so I went in there and reconnected it. It was a little mistake and it works now that I pulled it apart and double checked the work. Was willing to compensate for the inconvenience and worked out great in the end.

Joel was fantastic to deal with and promptly advised me on the cheapest course of action to get my phone running again. 5 star service!

Contacted them in store for a repair after searching around for repair places. They offered a good price and also there is a 10% military discount, so make sure you ask about that. Now the amazing part is that they are able to fix my phone in around two days and it actually would have been one day, but we got supplied a faulty LCD screen by the supplier.

The technicians Nick and Joel are really friendly as well. They will prioritize fixing your device ASAP unlike other places that tell you it would take a week.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their device fixed quick and at a good price.

My son's iPad 7 stopped charging. It's the second time in less than a year. The first time it happened, I took the iPad to an "authorized Apple" service center. In the end, instead if fixing it they replaced it for over $400. Fast-forward 10 months and it happened again. It is apparently a known issue with iPads (and perhaps some straining on the charger cord by a 9 year old.)

From the get go Irvine staff were pleasant and reassuring. Nick, the manager, was confident they could fix it. "If we can't fix it, we reassemble it and don't charge you a thing". Wow. In 2022 that still exists?

Sure enough, they fixed it on the day it was scheduled to be fixed; parts arrived on time. It works like a charm at a fraction of the cost!

I will be telling all of my friends, family and coworkers to bring their devices here. Best customer service I have seen in many many years!

As a mother of 4 living on a small budget Irvine Phone repair saved the day! I had a phone break and I was sure it would never run again, I needed this phone as evidence in an assault trial to convict my perpetrator. Thinking the phone would never run again I had lost all hope of getting justice. Big shout out to Jordan and his guy Nick for fixing the phone and getting it back to me at a price I could actually afford. You guys saved the day and I’ll recommend this place to anyone who has phone repair needs. These guys aren’t just your average tech guys. Had great service when my iPhone 6s battery kicked the bucket, and I needed to recover my data with a new battery! Jordan was recommended by the local apple provider
(they won’t touch phones with dead batteries) as someone who may be able to help and over-delivered on my requests and expectations. He was flexible and able to fix my phone within 15 minutes, including a new glass screen and protector. The value for money was incredible, and his approach to customer service is memorable. I came in feeling worried and anxious, and his confidence/calmness in understanding my concerns and needs helped so much. So glad I learned about this place and was able to support someone local! Also, there is a warranty on my battery and new screen+case, adding extra peace of mind. Thanks again!

Jordan was really friendly and professional. Contacted me by text and made a time on Sunday that worked. He really went above and beyond to have my iPad repaired same-day at a reasonable cost. I don’t recommend introducing your electronics to your tile floors. But if you do, take it to these guys.

We were in NB on vacation & Jordan went out of his way to help us by fixing a broken phone screen for a teenager travelling with us. We were staying at a cottage outside the city & Jordan even delivered the fixed phone to the home of our family member in Fredericton & made sure it was safely in her hands until we got there. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done with the phone, it works perfect.

Jordan is the very personable owner of this business. I called him this afternoon about getting a replacement screen for my iPhone and it was professionally done and ready for pickup by 6: 00 p.m. Cannot tell that this is not the original factory screen. His prices are reasonable and comparable other similar businesses. It is a treat to support those with a sense of entrepreneurship who are blazing their own trail!

Jordan went above and beyond. Initially I took my iPhone to him for repair and learned it was not a feasible idea. Rather that agreeing with his iPhone recommendation I subsequently bought an iPhone on marketplace. Not a good idea because it was sold to me in “mint condition” and I learned the back camera was not working. No recourse so I again contacted Jordan. He replaced the camera, replaced the battery and put a new glass screen saver and a case on it. He was reasonable, professional, honest and prompt. No hesitation to recommend him.

I will only bring my phone's to this shop from now on! Incredible service, super friendly, and really good at their job! My LG G8 got a brand new finger print reader installed tonight in under a hour!
