Island Girls Diner

My husband and I heard about this place on the radio and it sounded delish and it was! We both had the hot turkey sandwich. Real turkey and beautiful gravy. The only bad was that we were both so full from our meal we couldn't eat one of their awesome looking desserts. But I'll be back.maybe tomorrow

A Happy Atmosphere it Is. Love the Vibe of the people eating there. Feels like the server and the costumers are family. Food taste so good. A Little pricey but So good. I wish they give more clam. Lots of Fries a little clam.

Wonderful diner, the people are wonderful, the portions are great and they are busy. The prices are reasonable as well. It is a diner so sometimes the overall flavor is plain.

Can't say that I would be interested in returning. Ordered my usual choices and it was double the price of other restaurants in the area.

The service was great, and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and good-sized portions.

My first time here and my word it will not be the last. I find the best test to a diner is the eggs benny and they rocked it. One of the absolute best I’ve had.
As for the coconut cream pie. It’s award winning but is it good? No. It’s incredible. It’s the perfect coconut creme pie. From crust to whip, you won’t find better…. Anywhere.

I was really impressed with this place. The Eggs Benny were delicious, and the coconut cream pie was amazing. Definitely be back.might be my new favorite breakfast place. Gets busy, be ready to wait.

Service was a little slow but overall good experience, food was good and service was lovely.

Down visiting our Daughter and they brought us here because they were referred here as well. I had the "Carlito" and everyone else had the Island Girls special. The food was cooked nicely and was hot when it came out. One of the best reviews is not leaving any food behind, which is what happened with us. Not a scrap left. It was also nice having the maritime theme around while we were eating. It's definately worth eating here.

Took my mother out for her birthday Tuesday. We both got the turkey pot pie and mash potatoes and a order of onion rings to share. All the food came out quickly. And I don't think I've had food that hot before! Fresh out of the oven! Not that I'm complaining it was really nice to have hot food and not warmed under a heat lamp! Our waiter was very nice and welcoming! 10/10 experience all around definitely will be back again!

Friendly service. Good food. Clean place. On vacation for the first time in Canada and wanted a classic diner experience and that's what I got.

We waited almost 45 or more for our food. Food order wasn't right. But over all nice spot. Friendly waitresses and the food was good.
