Visiting from out of town and this was on our places to visit due to prior purchases here.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, displays are well laid out with a vast amount of jewelry to choose from (my picky wife found exactly what she was looking for) and the prices are extremely competitive.

A must stop shop if your are in the area and looking for a bit of Bling!

My daughter and I brought in my mother's family ring to have it sized for her and were treated like poor peasants. She was rude and condescending. I have never had this kind of treatment before and will never step foot in this establishment again. They need to get their ego under control. I would rather travel 3 hrs than deal with this business again.

I'm impressed with the level of service here. They really seem to stand by what they sell. And I always find something the wife loves.

Staff is absolutely the best. Well worth the 3+ hours it takes to get there from where I live. Have had custom work done, repairs done and they never disappoint.

Omg! Wow! Amazing! I lost a stone in my ring, and took my grandmothers ring in to get sized, and bc the engagement ring had a problem, they did both for free!

Was very disappointed in my experience at this establishment, I do try to support local and have been told often about this business but unless you look like you have money when you walk through the door the service you get will be very abrupt and condescending. I had a few pieces of jewelry to get fixed and was inquiring about a piece in the store as well.the gentlemen who was helping me proceeded to pull on one of the bracelets right there and then threw it on the counter saying ""there its fixed now"" (it was a 300$$handmade silver seaglass bracelet) I walked out of the store very disappointed.will never go back.

Last year I bought a pair of earrings 2 weeks later the stone fell out brought them in and they replaced them 2 weeks later same thing wasn’t happy.my mom bought a ring wore five times stone fell out they said because she only had it a year they would replace it.
Bought earrings less then 2 months ago stone fell out so I just brought them in the girl had to check with the manager to see what they could do came back and said they will fix them for free.so I asked to speak to the manager and she said why what else do you want. I personally feel like that is rude she should say nothing and get the manager and he comes out and says the same thing I am fixing them what else do you want.what I want is to buy earrings that I don’t have to bring them back within 3 months of buying them.all done with this store and there attitude
