Ivan's is a great local photography shop and offers a very knowledgeable staff to help you.

Advertised price on website for a body and lens was not only not honored, but when they called to inform me that it wasn't going to be honored, they tried to make me feel like an idiot, and that it was my fault.

The conversation was put on as "hey the lens you bought is now on sale, you get money back! " instead of actually selling the lens AND body I purchased for the price advertised. They tried to make it a lens only sale, and make me feel dumb. The emailed receipt is extremely clear that it's lens and body.

Then, after pretending it was just a lens on sale and that they were being very kind to give me money back, they admitted to knowing it was a lens and body kit but moved on.

Completely embarrassing customer service. At least have the decency to apologize. Offering something in place of your own error would be stellar. But apologize, at the very least, and I'd be fine.

I left for a trip not really realising that my zoom was vastly inadequate. I had visited a place in Halifax that had very limited equipment and nothing for the lens mount type of my camera. They did here and even had a decent number of options. Friendly and fluent in English and French. (I know it's Moncton, but still, it was pleasant to speak French for a change.)

Truly this is the best photo shop in Canada. They fulfill our needs and more. They guide us the goal as a good compass. I am the regional clergyman.

Fantastic service. I get all my film developed here, as shown below. I've bought 2 DSLRs and all my black and white development chemicals from them. Friendly, helpful staff who are willing to help you with anything you want. Also, for a small town camera shop, you can buy anything you need - DSLRs, mirror less cameras, colour and BW film, BW chemicals and paper, etc, etc.

Great film processing & scanning service! Being a remote customer that only visits weekends. I'd prefer to pay online, and be able to drop-off film 24/7 - Instead of paying over the phone and having someone else walk-in on a weekday to deliver film.

Great friendly bilingual service. That place has an amazing selection of products and services.

Friendly staff but unfortunately not very knowledgeable when it comes to photo documentation. We drove from Saint John to get two paintings photographed and the first attempt they were completely blown out. The person after sending us the files had gone to lunch so we had to wait until she got back so she could redo them. When she retook the photos she took them at an angle saying she could use a tool to make them straight. What she did not mention is that when using this feature the part of the image that has been straightened is completely pixelated which we only saw when we were back in Saint John, making the photos completely unusable.
Not a great experience especially after our first experience there was great. But there are new owners and the former staff member had been replaced.

Big thank you to Patrick at Ivan's Camera. I've been looking for a Fujifilm Instax Mini EVO which always seem to be sold out or on backorder. As soon as they had stock, Patrick set one aside for me to pick up.

Roger was lovely at the counter as well. Paid for my camera quickly and got some instant film to start shooting and printing.:) Great products & customer service.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had our photos taken and were printed in less than 30 mins.for us three. They even had to change the camera flash, but it was all done in a flash. Lol
