Needed a graduation suit and knew who to call right away. It is always a great experience at JAC - from designing to fitting. Jeff and team did an excellent job although female suits were only offered recently. I was more than happy with the quality and no extra tailoring was needed. They absolutely nailed my request to have the trousers straight and high-waisted! Do yourself a favor and get a custom suit RIGHT NOW!

I’ve bee using JA Customs socks for almost a year now and initially it was just for running, which I must say they have worked great with every step but I use them more for landscaping and general labour work with my high ankle support boots. They pop off the top showing a few inches of unique design that attracts and starts a conversation that has literally led to future clients. Breathable, comfortable and send the LCF (look cool factor) to level 10; very much recommended this for whatever you want to do!

What an amazing experience today. I had my first meeting and consultation with Sean and he was fantastic! I am so excited for my custom suit to arrive! Stay tuned, pictures to come! Very disappointed. Received my mask yesterday and it was way to small for me and wouldn’t even fit the filters that I ordered with the mask. Sent an email stating I’m fine with a replacement mask as I would much rather support a Canadian Business. But I automatically got a refund which is nice but now I’m still stuck without a mask in a province that just made them mandatory in stores.

Tried to find out on their Facebook page if the issue was fixed so I could reorder but Jeff went ahead and blocked me from commenting on his Facebook Page for absolutely nothing.

All I was saying is I got a mask that was obviously manufactured incorrect as it wouldn’t fit the filters you supplied. And I would like to reorder once I was sure the issue’s been fixed. But instead of replying to my comment assuring the issue was fixed, you act like a child and block me from commenting.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Jeff is apparently very childish and having a hard time dealing with his mistake. He keeps staying the issue has been fixed but I still see people posting that they are still receiving sub-par products after being ensured by Jeff that the problems been fixed.

Received 2 masks we ordered in the mail. Neither my wife or I find they fit properly. Must be made for people with very small faces.

Great 1st time experience. Excellent quality product and pricing in addition to fast shipping. A big thanks to the entire staff at JAC.

Ordered a couple masks for myself and my family and the ones we received from Jeff Alpaugh are by far my favourite and most comfortable. In fact, we stopped using any of the other ones I bought and are just using the ones from Jeff!

Aside from the different prints to choose from, what I really love is that I haven't had a problem with the masks fogging up my lenses or shifting the way my glasses sit - this has been a major sticking point with the three other types of masks I've tried.

Never in my life did I think I'd feel so strongly about face masks!

We received our replacement masks the other day and have had a chance to use them. They are great! Comfortable and stylish, I am glad we didn't give up on Jeff Alpaugh making it right. I just wish I had a job that I could wear the dress shirts to!

What a team. Truly inspirational. Love their marketing approach and personalized attention to customer service. Truly a unique experience. I own several shirts and socks and would recommend to any one looking for that original style that will definitely stand out from the crowd, either designed by you or chosen from their exhaustive suggestions. In addition to the great and special experience I am always impressed with the quality. In addition to the great shirts, the socks, t-shirts and all items (including the recently released masks) are not only Dangerous but the quality it top notch.

I ordered a mask from these kids months ago. I thought I was supporting local business I read the reviews and everyone mentioned that the masks were actually from Thailand. I replied to one of the many Ad emails that I still hadn’t received my mask and someone asked for my info which I provided including order number.still nothing. That was 6 months ago.

Update:

After posting this review my experience turned around entirely. I received a heartfelt email from Jeff apologizing for the error and explaining what happened without sounding like he was just making excuses.

He promised to package and send my order personally and I received the mask that I’d been waiting for in just a few days. He went above and beyond that by sending a few cool pieces which turned me from someone who was disappointed to a fan of his designs.

Now I kind of wish I was on the East Coast (and there wasn’t a pandemic) so I could walk into the store and get suited up in something cool and custom.

I left the 1 star review marking as it was because I know that when someone check the reviews they’re not going to look through the 500 5 star reviews, they’ll check the few 1 star reviews. I posted a 1 star and Jeff Alpaugh did something about it. Most places will not.

I learned about Jeff Alpaugh and his team through a Facebook advertisement for face masks.

By far, these are the most well-crafted, breathable and beautiful masks on the market.

The craftsmanship and customer service I’ve received from Jeff Alpaugh Custom is reflective of their attention to detail and attentiveness to the needs of their patrons.

Energy, Jeff can light up a room just by walking in.he makes you feel like you are the only person #1. His attention to detail and caring makes him dangerous in a good way. Never before did I have such a wow buying clothes. I couldn't even imagine ordering a shirt elsewhere. Now I am Huggable and Dangerous all at the same time. I just wanted to say thank you for making such a quality sock, for years and years my husband has gone through every sock brand you can think of trying to find something that won't wear out in a matter of months, and yours have more than stood the test for him, not a single hole in over a year. We are more than proud to support your business and come back time and again since we have finally found a product that can stand up to daily wear and tear. The individual customer service and attentiveness from Jeff and his team to all aspects of the business is also something to be admired. Those personal touches make a world of difference.

I love my masks. I ordered five. They are really well made and comfortable. The patterns are beautiful. They were back logged when I ordered them so it took awhile, but they were well worth the wait. I think the turn around time may be better now. The fit is perfect. I'm probably going to order more and send some to my family.

This is what I like about Jeff Alpaugh. We could be in a room filled with celebrities, dignitaries, millionaires, whatever. If Jeff is talking to you in that room he will make you feel like you are the most important person in the world to him at that moment.
Oh and the shirts? I have a closet full of them. The best part of my day is trying to decide which one to wear!

Had the amazing experience getting a 'Be Dangerous tattoo (self inflicted) and coming to see the good people down at Dangerous Dress Shirts, getting measured and fitted for a few awesome and danger inciting shirts and one truely dangerous three piece suit.
After they arrived and I had a few days to try them all on, I don't wanna wear anything else.

Having met Jeff several years ago, I am a huge fan. Also, I am a proud owner of several World's Most Dangerous Dress Shirts and even a t-shirt. The quality and fit is absolutely fantastic. Wearing them in the Covid-19 pandemic and they made video calls much more interesting. Had custom shirts made when I was in Asia (before I learned to Be Dangerous), and Jeff Alpaugh Custom produces a better and much more interesting product. Now, if I can convince my spouse that my birthday occurs several times a year.

Received my second order of masks. I made a mistake and took Jeff's choice. I received a flower one. These are for my husband. Customer service has an attitude! They dont seem to want to exchange. The mask fits slimmer faces. It's to small for my father. I really liked them but may not buy again because of service to bad!
I was contacted shortly after my review by the owner. He apologized and sent me a new mask free of charge
I was credited immediately for the the one I wanted to exchange. I definitely will buy them again.
