She was the third realtor I met (with the least experience I might add) and got us more than 50k what we were told our house would sell for. She demolished a basement, painted, cleaned and has the best marketing strategy. On top of all that when our financing wasn't going smoothly she took it upon herself to get us answers and when it fell through she remained calm and optimistic and due to her resourcefulness was able to get the process started again and have us preapproved in less than 48 hours. She is a savior and a saint and there really are no words to explain how extraordinary this woman is. I would 20/10 recommend!
