I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ian at the Jump Plus store in Fredericton Regent Mall, and I must say, his professionalism and helpfulness stood out. Ian is undoubtedly the best employee in the store. His extensive knowledge and commitment to providing excellent customer service made my experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend seeking out Ian's assistance for any help.

What a super great place to purchase electronics! Very friendly and obliging. Prices are excellent as compared to other places. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We always go to Jump+. We recommend this store especially if you need assistance.

I dropped a MacBook there for a diagnosis after i broke the screen to be sure there were no other issues. When picking it up after they had done no services on it, they wanted to charge me over $1000 because they forgot to take off all the hypothetical service charges despite me telling them over the phone that i would not be fixing it here. And to top it off, the employees hit my computer on the couter and was extremely unhelpful when i asked their advice.

Horrible service. Guy working the desk had a tone and refused to answer questions or help us. Made my daughter cry. Avoid this place. I am that customer but the guy said he would have the technician speak to me and then came out and said he would not speak to me. Tone is a huge customer service trait which this person did not have. I was also quoted $40 not $20.

They don't even have any stock of essential cables that are used to connect the latest Apple products (eg. Thunderbolt 4 cables).

A greatvplace if you have the most recent devices. If you have a model behind or older they must likely can't do anything for you aside from chargers. Also kinda felt judged cause my phone wasn't the newest model. But overall a good apple store for the area

People need to be aware that the return policy is different than that of an Apple store. Jump+ is an independent company who does not allow returns once you activate the phone. There is no 15 day return policy allowed if not satisfied despite this being allowed if purchased from Apple or an actual Apple store. Prior to making a purchase one staff member, had said they follow Apple policies which when read or contacted would allow it. I recommend going to an actual Apple Store or Apple online or ordering from Costco as well as some other location who cares about customers satisfaction.

Rude staff. Whoever that British guy is, he is unfriendly and abrupt. I’m about to spend over a grand to repair my brand new MacBook because I didn’t realize that I didn’t purchase the apple care + during the 60 day window, and it just really left me wanting to pick up my laptop before the staff there touch it as I no longer trust them. The guy made me turn my Find My off which may be protocol but didn’t explain it to me at all and barely wanted to give me the time of day. As soon as I get my MacBook back you can bet I won’t be returning to this place.

I went to this store to buy a brand new IPhone 14Pro. The seller was really nice and custumer service very good. Convinced me to buy a lens protector of Jump brand, if scratch, you have replacement for 10$. I thought it was great deal!

However, did not mention not to let still for 24h to ensure proper installation. So, Same night the protector fell after installing my case and was not sticking anymore. Went back next morning and had to argue to get a new one. The manager was comprehensive and authorized to provide me with a new one.

Took couple outdoor pictures and the lens protector were making light reflection…

Couple days later… phone have not fell, nor impact…a small ship appear from the hole where the flash is and cracked through lense protector.

After all, waste of 30$ for a cheap lense protector. It is frankly a deception, I really wanted to like this product. Will not trust their home brand for other protector.

Went into jump+ looking for a phone and they went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the service I received and the friendliness and willingness to help. So refreshing. Will be back for all of my Apple needs!

I had an appointment this week to have my battery replaced on my IPhone 11. I booked the appointment for the earliest appointment in the day they had available (11am). Upon dropping off my phone I was told that because I had an appointment it would be between 1-2 hours, but definitely not more than two. After two hours of wandering through the mall I returned to the store to check in. I was told it would be another hour or so and I would get a call, (on the phone of the other person I was with) when it was ready to be picked up. So we opted to leave the mall at that point and put in time in the city. After another 1hr 40 minutes and no phone call, I started calling them. I called three times before I finally got someone and was told it was ready to be picked up. I have no idea if they ever had any intention of calling me to let me know. I drove an hour to get to the store, and then wasted nearly 4 hours (more than double what I was quoted) bumming around the city to get the battery replaced. I feel like they did not care at all that I had an appointment. I didn’t even receive an apology for the delay or inconvenience. When I received my phone back I wasn’t even given a chance to look my phone over before paying for the replacement. Overall, I would say I had a poor experience. I did get my battery replaced, but the service was less than decent. I would opt for another location in the future and would not recommend.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Fredericton. They made an appointment for me to have my phone looked and and possibly restored because of some software issues and wifi issues. Everything was fixed and they helped me through the process of reloading everything back on and making sure I went home with everything working properly. It is like I have a new phone now. Thanks so much for all your help:) Wonderful customer service!

WOW I ordered a Red IPhone SE from Jump Plus and Melinda promptly ordered the IPhone for me and she was so pleasant and nice! My IPhone was in store the following day! I picked it up today. All I can say is if you want great professional service, I suggest you go to Jump Plus! Thanks Jump Plus. I’ll be back!

These guys are awesome! We walked in there looking for an Macbook air charging cord. We told the lady up front that we only required one half of the charging plug but unfortunately they dont sell them separately. She told us to wait a sec and she went in the back and found just what we needed used, and GAVE IT to us! I cant remember her name but thanks a million!

Went in for a simple battery replacement as i was charging my phone 2 to 3 times daily.
Before i went in a did all the things you should do, removed all apps i didn't absolutely need, turned off background refresh, backed it up restored to factory tried that then restored from the back up and nothing helped. New battery time right?
I made my appointment went in talked to the tech and he agreed with what i did to that point. Left my phone there and waited almost two hours and when i got my phone back the battery was at 9% which i thought was weird but i was using an old phone right then so it didnt matter at the time. So i let it die and then later in the evening i charged it up fully and within 3 hours i was down to around 50% when i went to bed, no big deal i thought i'll just charge it in the morning. Seven hours later when i got up it was completely dead, took 6.5 HOURS to charge it! Then again within a few hours almost dead (Now im questioning if they actually replaced the battery or not because it seems like they didnt).
I emailed expressing my frustration and got a nonsense response that says the tech said it was a software issue and that i should restore it to factory and give it a few days to see if that helps which seemed uncaring and made me feel like "how dare i question the work". So now after i spent $75 for absolutely nothing I had to go get a new phone i've emailed their head office and apple to see what kind of response i get.

I do not recommend this store (id give them zero stars if i could)

Those who are angry at the staff of the store because a situation doesnt round as expected in your favor are misunderstanding liability.

I have purchased around 3 phones from this store and they have had issues within one year of purchase. The staff is rude and unprofessional as well. The staff will not listen to the issues that you facing with the phone no matter you buy apple care plus or no. I preordered iphone 11 pro and put a deposit down as well but everyday I would call and visit the store and I would be told that “the stock we received has been sold out” even after 2 months of its release. They don’t bother if you preorder it or no. The staff only does the sale which is not at all difficult for Apple products but the service after the sale is important that they fail to deliver. I stopped going to this store after all this. I now just travel to Halifax whenever I need anything. The official apple store staff is super professional and will not ask you meaningless questions and provide satisfactory solutions. I really wish this store would close and we could have the official apple store here. I don’t think the phones that Jump+ sells is even original/from Apple.

I went in because my MacBook Pro stopped working. It was 8 years old. First I was told that "we don't service obsolete equipment". When I asked if the technician could look at it quickly and give me an idea if it was fixable the clerk reluctantly took it out back. Five minutes later I was told that the motherboard was shot. Through sheer luck I heard about an apple certified tech in Saint John. I took it to him and $150 later I had my mac back. Turns out the operating system was too much for my model. He reformatted the drive, loaded an earlier operating system and did a restore from an external backup that I had. It has worked fine for a year.

I went there at 8: 30 pm to buy an iPhone 11 pro max through Rogers. They said it takes 30 minutes for them to do it so they can’t do it because it’s near their closing time.
I went to Wow and they took them 15 minutes to do it. They are just lazy at Jump +

Worst customer service ever! They closed at 9 pm and I showed up at 8: 15 to upgrade my phone and the sales rep in the store told me she wouldn’t do it because it would take her too much time and she wanted to leave on time. If she doesn’t want to help a customer why is she in retail.

I have had multiple repairs done on my MacBook Pro at this location. The first repair, everything was great, after the second repair, my keyboard backlight wasn't working afterwards, I thought it was just a fluke of some sort. But the last repair I had done, I received the computer back and it will not even power on after just a screen replacement, I don't understand how that could go wrong. After this I contacted Apple Support directly and they also found it strange and said there was a checklist every technician must do after the repair, and I don't know if it wasn't done, or if they skipped something. All I know is that when I brought my computer in it worked and now it doesn't. I wish I didn't have to, but I will have to go back to get this wrong righted. But any future repairs I need, I will not be going to this location or any jump+ locations. I would not recommend going here for repairs.

We came in with issues dealing with passwords. Store manager Devin was able to help us get these problems straightened out very efficiently. We had upgraded our phones at the Fredericton store and service with Ashley was great too. We will continue to patronize this store.

I entered this store thinking I needed a full diagnostic, mostly due to me being a techno peasant. So pleased I ran into Melinda, who obviously knew my issues with my laptop and my phone could easily be solved. Melinda was very thorough in her explanation and much appreciated that she explained some things 2-3 times, which was necessary for this 61 year old brain. I am very appreciative of her skill and suitability to her job. I never felt talked down to. Thanks Melinda. I will seek your services again if I need to and may consider some in- store tutoring. Very poor customer service. They don't take any responsibility of the services they provide. Manager is also very rude and wasn't ready to help at all. I got my iPhone X screen replaced from them (Out of warranty screen replacement - $420) and after only 2 days the screen went black on me. Since then I've taken my phone to these guys 4 times already but they just reset it every time and say there is nothing wrong with it. They ripped me off of $420. Very unsatisfied with this Apple retailer and AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTRE.

I have evidence that it is due to the faulty screen these guys put in. Even the apple advisor acknowledged the fact but these guys are just trying to get away.

Always have great service at this store! Took my iPhone in today for a screen replacement without an appointment and was told they probably wouldn’t get to fix it until later on today but I went back almost 2 hours later and it was all fixed! Thanks so much to Chris for fixing it up for me so fast! I highly recommend Jump plus for apple repairs

Warm and friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful.
My iPhone failed to restore, and Apple customer support was quite unhelpful – I called Jump+ and they were able to assess and resolve the problem practically immediately, without a big headache like mailing my phone to Apple just to be reset. Special thanks to Melinda!

I drove to the Fredericton location from Saint John as I could not get a clear answer or any help from the apple support phone line which I had spent 2 hours on the phone with. My brand new iPhone 8 I purchased 5 months ago under warranty turned black during a software update and would not charge or work what so ever. I was fed up with the service through apple support so I made an appointment at the jumpplus Fredericton location. The service employee I met with there was Ben Smith and he was absolutely wonderful. It was close to the mall closing time so I was worried I would have to drive back again. However, Ben provided me with fast, effective and informative service, he was able to get me a replacement and switched over my account, even the same colour phone I had before was provided for me. I could not be happier with the service I received and how fast it was, it definitely made the drive to Fredericton absolutely worth it! Thank you so much Ben for helping me.

We have always been very happy with the service and employees of Jump. Today Melinda helped us first and she was very congenial and helpful. Then Devin was right there to transfer all data from an old IPad to a new one. He was very clear and helped us so much.we older folks need lots of help! We would recommend Jump Plus to anyone.

I bought new two iPhones and accessories today and received outstanding service from Julie. She was very patient, made sure we got the best price, and helped me deal with my carrier (great service today also from Bell Mobility!). I like dealing with Jump + because they look after all aspects of setting up the new phones - transferring data and apps, SIM card, etc, etc. This is the second very positive experience I've had at this store. Thank you Julie and your colleagues for the great service.

I had my beats solo3 brought in because they broke and I had a year warranty and they said it take 3-5 business days to be repaired and 3 weeks have gone by and there still saying 3-5 business days

Waited for service, was the only other client other then the one at the cash, another set of customer came in and she served them first, waited some more. Once I got to the counter I ask for the cost of a repaire, she proceed to tell me she guess around, i said I don’t need a guess price I would like an actual price (battery replacement), and was told she doesn’t know I need to go to service for that, next counter, i waited what was a long time in line and I didn’t move only two client in front, I finally gave up I couldn’t stand anymore cause I’m disabled and no place to sit while you wait in line. It’s the second time I try and same results nobody event greats you. I wish service would be better cause it’s a nice clean store and if your going to make people wait for extended time for service pay attention to the order in which you serve. I gave 2 star instead of 1 only because I’m sure they can do better, premium electronic should come with premium service.
