Amazing dinosaur nuggets and waiter. The place should be named Jungle Jeremys, he is the life of this restaurant.

We love the service our waiter was especially friendly the one from Newfoundland with the acting degree

The food was very good. We were four young kids and 2 adults and we were confortably seated in a booth. The atmosphere was pretty chill so the kids had a good time and so fid we. Definately worth it

Jeremy at jungle Jim’s is the kindest, most social waiter. Always makes us laugh and leaving with the biggest smile. Highly recommend jungle Jim’s Moncton!

Jungle Jim's is nothing short of awesome. The staff are always friendly and show interest. My wife and I are regulars. Personally, I can't get enough of the steak. For the price, It's one of the best! Thank you for your amazing service

Good food quick service. Jeremy is literally the best waiter in Moncton and even New-Brunswick. So so so friendly and endearing. Can’t wait to go back just to be served by him.

The restaurant drastically needs a facelift. Floor dirty. We had to ask the server to change our utensils as they were dirty. Couldn’t get coffee or tea as they had no hot water. Server was quite nice. Still waiting for our food…hopefully safe and tasty….

I can't even explain how ridiculous the service and server were definitely on something when you're taking drink orders 2-3 times and coming back with 1 drink then asking what the table wants again? When questioned about this the server got aggressive and unco-operative to the point our table of 11 people left taking our business elsewhere I'm not even angry just confused tbh good luck to the owner where I come from you'd be out if business yesterday

Came with a couple we know from Toronto. The service wasn't bad for the exception that I'm pretty sure pur waiter was baked. Lol wich isn't a issue with me but the fact she couldn't barely remember anything it was annoying. We got our food my wife got fries instead of rice. And the other girl ordered the jungle salad and got a Greek. When we said it was wrong they said it wasn't lol. Then when they realized we where right, they replaced her salaf with some mushrooms and broccoli on top of the old sald with the same chicken wich was suppose to be a different flavor lol. Anyways I would have enjoyed my grade 6 lunch more then I did this. Lol. Enjoy!

Our family has eaten here many times. Food is always good, service is amazing. Even when they seem short staffed, the food is hot. The staff have always made sure that all their customers feel welcome.

My son and I are continuing our dining Adventures. This time we visited Jungle Jim's!

Walking in we noticed a big Aquarium with big fishes in it. Not the fancy "look we have beautiful fishes" but more like a "We're an old zoo! ", but I guess that's the entire theme. The whole place is amusing yet cheesy. It definitely has the feel of a jungle. Personally, I kind of liked it but this gives you an idea of what you're walking into.

We were greeted very quickly and brought to our booth, menus were handed out and small chatter was made, it was all very friendly. So my son and I decided to share a starter which consisted of alligator skins, taquitos, and onion rings. My son ordered a lemonade and I ordered a diet pop. The food was brought to us fairly quickly by who I would guess would be the chef. He was extremely friendly and served us with a nice smile.

I was surprised by the onion rings, I mean they're just onion rings but.extremely crispy exterior shell with a hot and soft interior and a nice caramelized onion. These onion rings were some of the best I had ever had. I tried dipping them in the Chipotle mayo and a kind of sweet salsa that was also served with the meal and all of it was just absolutely delish. The only criticism is it might have been a little heavy on the greasy side but it's fried food, what do you want. The alligator skins (Potato skins) were somewhat soft but they were loaded with cheese and chives, and were also very tasty. Finally, the taquitos, these were my son's absolute favorites. He tried to steal one off me and thought I wouldn't notice, of course I let him have it. All of it was great.

No of course this isn't fine dining, this is all Pub grub and we're rating it as such. So as far as Pub grub is concerned, it's pretty friggin' decent. It was an absolutely great experience, a fun adventure.and my son insists I give this place four stars! Done.

Waited over 1hour to finally be told our order was not put in the system as the server forgot. Our server Jeremy was not able to come to the table to see us another server came to say it. Will not be back after the horrible service.

The second we got in the restaurant, Eddie made us feel at home. He made the dining experience very pleasant and knows how to entertain the kids (and mom), making it very memorable. The food was also very good, thank you for the kitchen sink, maybe next time we’ll get a monkey wrench thrown in…. Either that or a screwdriver:)

We loved the place, it has very good decoration, the waiter Jeremy is spectacular, the food is super delicious, the portions are very large.

The nachos are gigantic, the mango and banana smoothie is spectacular, the honey garlic wings are delicious.

We will surely return, I highly recommend it.

Server are super friendly and funny, food are serve speedy and hot. The most important they are reasonable in price and delicious. I will definitely come back again.

I had Fish and chips, it was amazing, but the best part in this place is the staff, it feels like family, good portions as well. It a must to try in Moncton

Wrong drinks were given to us and took several times asking to get the proper one (at least 10 minutes later). After finishing ordering, our nacho appetizers were given to us wrong 3 times. Decided to walk out after the 3rd time, Manager had to be called in and showed up because we refused to pay for their large super bowl typed drink because it was barely drank from after waiting for the nachos the entire time.

Usually never had issues, maybe today was just an off day for the staff? One of the waitresses was seemingly putting the blame on another that wasn't even doing anything for our table stating "she only started a week ago". Will update upon next visit if applicable.

Had take out for supper. The food was probably microwaved from the look and taste of it. Spinach artichoke dip was bland and very small serving compared to other restaurants we have been in. Nice staff but I would not order food from there again!

We have been to Jungle Jim's several times and it never disappoints. Our server (I didn't catch his name and I'm upset at myself for that) is always so friendly and makes the experience enjoyable. We watched him interact with other patrons like they were friends. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see that level of kindness and professionalism; especially with the way the world is now. The food is always incredible but what made this experience exceptional, was the service. So, Thank you Mr. Newfoundland, you made our day:)

Good food at a good price with friendly staff, went last night around 8 and not only was the food brought to our table super quick but it was some of the best food I've gotten at a restaurant in a while

Had mixed reviews of our visit last night! Although the server was super friendly, our meal left a lot to be desired. My Boyfriend ordered beef nachos which are $18.99 and we were super disappointed! One layer of chips, very little ground beef, very little toppings and even less cheese! For $18.99 you would think you would be served a good size portion?
Will not be going back anytime soon especially for nachos!

The manager contacted my BF to listen to his comment and didn't offer a thing to smooth things over!

Go to Sports rock for Nachos! Better atmosphere and better bang for your buck!

Had the Inferno Burger and it was sooo delicious. Could’ve been spicier but it hit the spot. I liked the chill atmosphere and this afternoon’s waiter was really cool and super friendly. Definitely had a good time! Thanks!

My GF and I went to Jungle Jims Mountain Road location! What a dissapoinent when our food hit the table! My GF's food was amazing but when I ordered Nachos and got a plate hardly covered in nachos, for 18.99 I was disgusted and immediately displayed my dissatisfaction with the waiter. Then the waiter brushes me off just to make sure the rest of the food was good. Not kewl! They did not offer to make things right but took 4 dollars off. So 14 99 nachos.they were not worth 10 bucks. When the owner called me he has excuses as well why my nachos was so small. I realize the price of food is gone up and what not but you clowns are ripping people off and it's not fair Congrats on ur pathetic work. Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went there with my wife for dinner, this was my first visit at this restaurant I m really impressed with the ambiance as well as the menu it is easy in your pocket. The cheery of the top is the server which guide us to order the food which we like to have to satisfy our hungriness and taste buds.

Food served on time without any delay or wait, good service thank you for grateful service by server eddie for guiding us in a good way.

Good food, great ambiance and awesome service.

This was always my go-to local restaurant but it seems to have gone down hill in the last 6 months.
Eddy was a fantastic host and server and since he left it’s not the same.
I hope he will retun and maybe the place will improve again.

The food was amazing as always. Even though the waitress was new to her job, she was very professional and did an excellent job, she continually checked to make sure that everything was good.

I love the variety of items on the menu. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and the service was great. The price wasn't bad either.

Food garbage, portions terrible, service terrible and they weren't even busy. They will go out of business eventually. This will catch up with them.

The food is delicious! Fresh, hot and served with friendly staff. I most often get the Mexican foods but they have the best Fish & Chips in town!

The service and food was terrible so here it is
1.wait 3/4 hour to get app ordered the they take 1 1/2 to get to the table and they were not what was advertised.
2.waited another hour to place our food order.
3. Food took another hour to get to us and it was under cooked or burned.
4. Hair in our food
5. They ran out of alcohol to mix drinks and draft beer.
6. Waitress was no where to be found and did not listen to her customers when asked if her order could get placed now as she was hungry.
In all I would not grace their door again bad food and service.

Went with a group of 9 people. The food was slow. The kitchen sink dish was cold, mostly fries, and the server tried to say that it was the tables fault for not speaking up sooner. Speaking up sooner would not have done anything about the food that was served. She also never gave an apology. Maybe they were having a bad night.

My husband's food was extremely greasy, I received the wrong order & when it finally came. 2 of 5 mozzeralla sticks were hollow. Not the same any more.too bad, it used to be a favorite place to go.

We went there for my sons birthday supper in November and we were a table of about 20, we had one waitress and I believe her name was carol. She told us she was new but she gave us better service than most extremely experienced waitresses, especially her working a table of 20 by herself. She was incredibly friendly, quick on her feet and gave us a good time! Everyone had something nice to say about her. The Food came quickly, which is rare for when there’s a large table like that for most places. I always enjoy my time there! Always impressed with the service and atmosphere

We went specifically for wing night which is advertised as starting at 4. We got there at 845, they took a good 20 minutes to seat us and then when we asked for wing menus at about 905, they advised us then that wings were done at 9. We left and went to Sports Rock, they also had wing night and the wings were amazing!
