The food temperature was excellent, the service was excellent and the floor was very clean. I was very impressed with this place and my family and I will definitely be back.

We couldn't even get a seat they said 5 mins to clean a table we waited 20 mins nothing than left

Went for the kids. The staff working were great and the food was delicious, especially dessert.

If I could rate this restaurant no stars I would. I ordered takeout at the restaurant from a rude and unhelpful waitress. I ordered a chicken fajita bowl, but the bill she gave me listed a more expensive chicken stir fry dish which she initially told me she had to do. After I complained about the wrong order and being overcharged, she was able to somehow prepare a new bill with the correct order. She had no idea that a drink and dessert came with the kid's meaI I ordered. I asked her for honey mustard dressing with my salad, which she said she would give me. When I got the food there was no dressing. She also said she would staple the bill to the bag which she failed to do. When I spoke to the manager, he informed me that the restaurant didn't have honey mustard dressing. Finally, the chicken fajita bowl did not have black beans or sour cream as the menu stated. The size of the fajita bowl could best be described as a child's portion. My advice would be to stay as far away as possible from this restaurant.

So over priced for what you get. The food is subpar and that was the second time felt this way. The service was ok but I doubt I'll be back.

Wednesday night all you can eat wing night is amazing! They start you off with 3 items and then you can pick 2 items once almost completed your first plate and then you can continue to pick 1 item until you can't handle it anymore! Highly recommend!

My son loves the atmosphere (loved the uptown one more) food was ok what we ordered arrived hot, in a timely matter. The waitress was hardly there came to drop off food and didn't see her again until I flagged her down for the cheque.son wanted a coin op toy put in his money nothing came out waitress shrugged and said "oh that's been out of order for weeks, the guy comes like once a month" with no sign stating that-i had a very disappointed kid. Wanted to add we arrived around 1230, there were 6 other people in the restaurant

Visit last week with my family. What a great service and the food is so amzing other than that the staff is very polite and service is so fast must recommend for best food

Best service I've had at a restaurant in awhile.
When we sat down at the bar, our Waiter Uday got our drink order almost immediately and then once our drinks arrived got our food order into the kitchen.
The bathroom sink was a great appetizer
For our mains we got the chicken wings and chicken linguini carbonara.
The wings were great but the carbonara wasn't up to par.
The waiter took it back to the kitchen and offered me a free replacement item at no cost and no hassle.
It's never nice to get food that you don't like, however they handled it so well I can't help but give 5 stars regardless.
The superbowl drinks and the great appetizer combined with first class service make up for the bad dish and I would absolutely not hesitate to visit this location again!

I was travelling from Toronto and came across this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and paid special attention to hygiene. The food was delicious especially the ribs and cinnamon caramel apple chimmies. Great place for family and friends. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Walked in for take out and got the linguine Alfredo with a side Ceasar salad. It was ready really fast (430pm on a Sat) and was a big amount of food for the price. Less than $21. I would've liked more garlic in the sauce but I love garlic. The server that met and took my order was Jordan and she was fantastic. Will be coming back.

Ok, wrote a note to corporate 2 weeks ago and no response. DO NOT GO, mice in the dining area, 2 were seen, spoke to the waiter, no concern, said yup we know and we have a mouse problem in the basement and have someone come in 3 days a week. If you see mice in the dining area with people around what about in kitchen and storage area.terrible.

We ordered the Wednesday night all you can eat special which is only for one person and also another dish.the particular staff assigned to us who was an Indian was very rude in the way he spoke to us. We just asked asked if we could share a few of what I ordered which technically only for one but we did order another dish separately as well, but he replied very rudely there are cameras we are watching you, you cannot share, that put us off. I'm paying 30$ plus tax bill who are they to tell me I cannot share even a small portion.
All other staff are great I have been there before and had a great experience but this time its wasn't a pleasant one.

It was my first visit to Jungle Jim's and overall it was a disappointment. We waited quite a while at the door, where a sign said wait to be seated, while it wasn't very busy at all. Had the two peices of Fish and Chips. The Cole Slaw was good, but the fish or Cod was not fresh. Good kids meal and meals. The waitress did a good job in serving us. They had no wifi for the customers and that was a great disappointment, and I suggest to a waitress that it was such a good marketing strategy not to have wifi.

This is the first time I was disappointed with the food. I had the steak tacos and the meat was so tough I had take it out and cut it into little bits in order to chew it. You couldn't bite through it. Never had a bad meal before and we've been there many times.

I got really bad food posing almost instantly after having a steak dinner at Jungle Jim's leaves one to wonder how the meat is being handled.

We sat down for dinner, there was mice running across the floor, my daughters burger bun came with clumpy gravy all over it (we didn’t order gravy). So disappointed
