Kent Building Supplies

We have been in a major building project about 30 minutes north of the store and while most of our communications and ordering are via Phil at the Harrisville store, the Bouctouche store has been fulfilling the orders and delivering on-site.

The delivery crew (s) have been absolutely fantastic. On time, careful with the materials and rather than just dumping stuff in front like the other guys, they actually bring the materials to where they need to be, all for a very reasonable delivery fee. I have not been a Kent fan in the past but my dealings with the Bouctouche and Harrisville stores over the last 6 months have turned me into a raving fan.

We have had many instances of same day or next day delivery on last minute orders while all we get from their competition is the run-around and expensive delivery charges for inferior service. My only complaint is their lack of a boom truck, but they make up for it with their delivery team.

I went there a couple of times, all the times i went there wetter i was with my dad or a friend there was always a employee stalking and talking about me or my friends, i went there last week to go buy a can of spray paint and some screws, one of there employees was following me around like i was gonna steal something even if i had cash… some people man are disrespectful im never going back to this kent again

Whether you need one washer or bolt or a thousand, this is the place, I just love Simone and the paint department that I often go there just to see that million dollars smile, its a secret, don't tell anybody LOL

Unfortunately, I have to rate 1. I purchased a Troy Built Ride On lawn mower, and it broke down on the first ride. The manufacturer and the Kent in Bouctouche told me to bring a product that does not fit in a Sedan, Kms away to get fixed. It broke down at no fault of mine, and I have to pay for the broken parts, labor, and delivery. This is not the staff being rude because they were initially helpfull and friendly it's the store policy they have to follow. It felt like once it's out the store it's not their problem it's mine.

I like going to my own town's store very handy but I especially enjoy the customer service I get from employees elaine she has gone beyond and above to make sure I get want I need and how to use anything I have purchased there so very happy with her service thanks
