Kent Building Supplies

Been budgeting a large project for weeks, in and out of the store taking pictures of items and tags to I get the best bang. Went in today to get items one of which was tagged at 89.99 I got two.went to pay and they rang in at 149.99. I took an associate to where they were on the shelf to prove the tagged price only to find out its for the wrong size.shebthen tried to pressure me into buying it by saying it's a better price. No effort was made to make things right of even admit an error on their part. When you spend weeks planning and budgeting a project and find out the items are more than what is tagged for last thing I want to have it pressure to purchase the item. The associate then became annoyed that she had to put the items away after I decided to not take them.

A complete nightmare! Ordered several items for delivery, sent wrong item 2xs, items that were sent correctly were not assembled properly and some not at all. Kent Building supply in Woodstock NB is as bad as it gets. Anyone looking for building supplies should avoid Kent. Kent gives disappointment new meaning. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

The folks in this store are always friendly and helpful. Even going so far as to offer to load my supplies for me as I wander through the store. The prices are reasonable compared to the other stores that offer the same kinds of product.

It's a clean, organized store and I've found the employees friendly and knowledgeable. I went to buy some cheap lumber today and one employee had some derogatory remarks about my buying low grade Lumber for my project.
Other than that, no issues.

When at the customer service desk to order lumber last weekend, I asked the gentleman about a tool I hadn’t been able to locate on my own. He was rude and disrespectful of my query. Actually telling me the was “ no such thing” He also physically rolled his eyes when I asked about something else too. I have always had good service from your other staff. If I need something again and he is working the desk, I will go elsewhere from now on

Had everything I was looking for, just don't like the prices. Small town=high prices=ripped off.

Im new to home revovations, so I don't quite have the knowledge or terms down, but an extraordinarily rude staff member kept rolling his eyes at me when I couldn't quite explain what I wanted. He then became impatient, pointed me in the wrong direction and walked off. About 20 min.later I overheard him making fun of me to his co-working. Hey KENT store, heres an idea! HELP THE CUSTOMER! What an absolute joke of a store

Terrible. One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with for Customer Service. Just an example of another Irving run operation!

Was not impressed by the service and even clearly giving their staff specific details on what I needed i had to keep returning things.
