Overall, just a bad experience. There’s only one person there that was willing to help me and they pulled him somewhere else for me to be left alone

Recently went into the Rothesay store looking for some steel strapping, walking aimlessly I ran into a driver named Greg, he was nice enough to help me out to find the strapping I was looking for and would not let me go on my own without finding it! Super nice guy! Thanks Greg!

Terrible service. I've been to the Kent Rothesay store twice in two weeks and have had horrible service and both times they sold me items that weren't in stock. They offered no solutions that would help me as a customer and ended up costing me more time and money in the end. Very frustrating experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Everything one could imagine or need in a Home improvement store. Service is friendly and helpful and store is tidy and seemingly well organized. Always a sign of good management.

Mitchell was so helpful in cutting up all the wood that we needed for trim and measuring the pieces. Excellent service

Nice clean store. Prices are a bit higher than other places Didn't have what I was looking for. Maybe next time.
