I shop quite often at Edmundston store and usually all employees are nice and helpful. Last time I went for a refund, a lady at service counter had a condescending attitude with me even before I said one word! She was rude and did not care what my problem was. She continued to fume for 30 minutes while trying to resolve the issue. She absolutely should not be allowed to interact with clients face to face. Another lady (Anie, I think) was very nice and professional as a mediator. 3 or 4 cash register ladies were present during this interaction.
